As a link and bridge between individual development and social harmony,education on the hard-working spirit has always been valued by China,while the language discipline is both humanistic and instrumental,and has unique advantages in the penetration of education on the hard-working spirit.From this perspective,this paper analyzes the characteristics of labor figures and the education on the hard-working spirit resources contained in primary school Chinese textbooks,investigates the current problem of using labor figures to infiltrate education on the hard-working spirit in Chinese subjects,and then expounds the education on the hard-working spirit penetration strategy based on a lesson example.Firstly,by designing the framework of labor character image analysis,the 78 labor figures in the Ministry of Chinese primary textbooks and the education on the hard-working spirit resources contained in them are analyzed,and it is found that the labor character image has the following characteristics: the number of children is small,and the number of adults is large;The number of men is large and widely distributed,and the number of women is small and more simple work;The number of real-name labor figures and non-real names is roughly equal;The number of working figures of each era decreases in order from ancient times to the present;The occupations of labor personnel are widely distributed but the number is uneven,the number of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery production and auxiliary personnel is the largest,and some industries lack representative figures;Labor figures are often presented with illustrations,which is in line with the cognitive characteristics of primary school students;Most of the labor characters are positive characters,and the negative characters appear less;Most of these labor figures are real humans,and the number of anthropomorphic images and virtual humans is small;The labor figures in the textbooks are mainly Chinese especially Han Chinese,and there are few labor figures of other ethnic groups and other countries.Further analysis shows that the education on the hard-working spirit resources contained in labor figures mainly include four aspects:first,it explains the meaning of labor,reflects the hard work and happiness of workers in different occupations,and establishes a correct concept of labor;Second,it contains labor knowledge,labor skills,the ability to use labor tools and other abilities required to complete labor;Third,it shows the excellent labor habits and labor quality of the Chinese nation;The fourth is to inherit traditional virtues,the spirit of the times,the spirit of model workers,the spirit of revolution and the spirit of craftsmen.Secondly,a questionnaire was issued to investigate the current situation of teachers’ labor figures and their educational resources in language courses,and it was found that teachers had a high degree of recognition and a certain sense of penetration in education on the hard-working spirit in language courses,but when making overall use of education on the hard-working spirit resources inside and outside the classroom for teaching design,they could not maximize the educational value of these labor figures,and there were problems such as fragmentation of teaching objectives,limited teaching content,and thin evaluation methods,and analyzed the possible causes of problems.According to the problem that there are a large number of labor figures and educational resources in the Ministry of Chinese primary textbookss compiled by the ministry,and teachers cannot make full use of these education on the hard-working spirit resources,the author puts forward a teaching strategy of dual integration of labor literacy and language literacy,that is,when teaching,while appreciating the text,guide students to taste and understand the labor literacy contained in labor figures,so as to achieve the purpose of infiltrating education on the hard-working spirit while completing the teaching goals,and take "Luhua Shoes" as an example to design the corresponding teaching strategy,this paper provides a reference for how to tap education on the hard-working spirit resources and how to integrate these education on the hard-working spirit resources into teaching design.
