At present,our country is accelerating the construction of an education system that comprehensively fosters the students’ all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic grounding with a hard-working spirit.Education on the hard-working spirit has received unprecedented attention.Strengthening the education on the hard-working spirit for young children is to meet the call of the new era to improve the education system.It is in line with the inherent needs of children’s physical and mental development,and also an inevitable requirement to solve the real dilemma.Carrying out research on the hard-working spirit education for young children can provide references for enriching education on hard-working spirit theories,and for effectively improving the quality of education on hard-working spirit and promoting the all-round development of people.This study makes an in-depth of the labor education thoughts and theories on the hard-working spirit of the famous philosophers and educators at domestic and abroad,and sorts out the literature and research status of early childhood education on the hard-working spirit.According to the "3-6 Years Old Children’s Learning and Development Guide" and other documents and some mature questionnaires and forms,after the initial establishment of the questionnaire,question selection,trial test,and reliability and validity test,this study designed a survey questionnaire and interview outline for young children’s education status on hard-working spirit.The contents involve children’s work concepts and abilities in kindergarten and at home,teachers and parents’ education concepts and capabilities on the hard-working spirit,the status quo of education on the hard-working spirit in kindergartens,and the situation of collaborative education.The survey shows that kindergartens have problems such as lack of education facilities,courses,teachers,and family and social support on hard-working spirit,etc.In the family,there are problems such as insufficient attention from parents,spoiling on arrangements,"work without education",and the lack of role models.In the society,there is insufficient overall planning of educational resources,and the effect of collaborative education is not good.In-depth analysis of the reasons it revealed that:at the national level,the value of early childhood education on hard-working spirit is not recognized in place,traditional concepts are deeply rooted,and the guarantee mechanism is not sound;at the kindergarten level,paying not enough attention to education on hard-working spirit,insufficient resource development and utilization,lagging in the development of kindergarten-based curriculum,and lack of teacher education ability on hard-working spirit,imperfect supervision and evaluation system;at the family level,parents lack cognition and educational ability;at the social level,the participation of early childhood education on hard-working spirit is low.Starting from the subjects of the implementation of early childhood education on hard-working spirit,the paper explores the implementation path of early childhood education at the four levels of the country,kindergarten,family,and society.The national level should vigorously promote manual labor values,strengthen policy support,optimize resource allocation,and strengthen international exchanges.At the kindergarten level,an appropriate education environment on hard-working spirit should be created,education courses should be set up systematically,process evaluation should be strengthened,family and social resources should be effectively integrated,and the construction of teaching staff should be strengthened.Parents at the family level should change their ideology,develop lifelong learning habits,improve the efficiency and quality of companionship,and strengthen cooperation in home-education.The social level should actively participate in education on hard-working spirit,and coordinate high-quality resources from multiple sources to help improve the level of early childhood education on hard-working spirit.
