The rapid development of modern network technology and digitization is driving the diversified development of reading methods and approaches, and further promoted the development of digital reading. As a popular reading method in recent years, digital reading plays a positive role in improving readers’ sensory effects and stimulating their reading interest. However,as far as the current situation of digital reading of primary school students is concerned, there are still many shortcomings: insufficient awareness of digital reading, insufficient knowledge of digital reading, low ability of digital reading, and the moral of digital reading to be improved. In view of the above problems,in order to improve students’ digital reading literacy, this study takes primary school Chinese as an example and conducts teaching design based on the BOPPPS teaching mode,so as to allow students to actively participate and explore,so as to truly realize deep participatory learning and improve reading efficiency. This study collects national policy documents and related literature materials related to digital reading and digital reading literacy through the literature research method, and obtains the research value and significance of the paper through the research and analysis of relevant literature materials,so as to better grasp the research direction of this study. In order to clarify the research concept and better illustrate the research question, this study systematically combed the connotation of the concepts of BOPPPS teaching mode, digital reading, reading literacy, digital reading literacy, and so on,and provides a solid theoretical foundation for the practical research of BOPPPS teaching mode on the improvement of digital reading literacy of primary school students. At the same time,in order to better complete the teaching practice, this study fully draws on the ingenuity of other researchers in curriculum design. In addition, the relevant theories involved are summarized, including constructivist learning theory, multiple intelligence theory, autonomous learning theory, and humanistic learning theory.March 2022 to July 2022,The study was conducted in Z Primary School in Y County,X Province, and the study subjects were all students in Class A of the fourth grade, with a total of 65 students. Before the study,a questionnaire survey on the current situation of digital reading was conducted for all students in Class A of the fourth grade, and in addition to personal basic information, the questionnaire included 29 questions, divided into four dimensions: digital reading awareness, digital reading knowledge, digital reading ability, and digital reading ethics. In digital reading, primary school students lack the ability to operate digital reading equipment and judge the accuracy and authenticity of reading content.Moral awareness needs to be further strengthened.According to the problems found in the survey results, specific teaching contents can be formulated.During the research period, teachers designed the reading teaching content based on the BOPPPS teaching model, and the People’s Education Press published the teaching materials used by teachers.Taking "Dinosaurs Flying to the Blue Sky","Nanotechnology is beside us",and "The Story of the Normandy" as an example, each teaching design of the teacher is carried out around six modules: Bridge-in,Objectives,Pre-assessment,Participatory learning,Post-assessment and Summary, and the above teaching design is applied to three lectures respectively. After the three lectures, the author distributed a questionnaire again to all the students in Class A of the fourth grade. The results showed that the students did not significantly improve in digital reading ethics, but improved in digital reading awareness, digital reading knowledge, and digital reading ability to varying degrees, indicating that the BOPPPS teaching model has played a certain positive role in digital reading teaching for primary school students,It can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and participation of students in learning and improve the digital reading literacy of primary school students to a certain extent. |
