The 2035 of China's education modernization issued by the State Council in 2019 fully illustrates the high importance the state attaches to promoting educational modernization.Digital reading is an important content of educational modernization.It is necessary to cultivate the digital reading literacy of primary school students.Therefore,this study mainly explores the digital reading activities constructed by the author,aiming to promote the development of digital reading literacy of primary school students.This study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and experiment.Through the existing literature,the structure system of digital reading literacy is sorted out.Based on the theoretical basis of metacognition theory,transaction reading theory and relevance learning theory,combined with the current situation of digital reading literacy in a primary school in R district,Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province,digital reading activities are constructed to develop small-scale reading activities The teaching reform experiment of students' one-way and two-way digital reading literacy is based on mastering the information technology ability.From the two perspectives of "s" reading method and "t" target mode,the experimental design is carried out according to the principles of integrity,interest,development and education,and the digital reading activities are designed in accordance with the in class and extracurricular levels.This study selected the sixth grade primary school students in R district of Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province as the experimental object.According to the pre test results of digital reading literacy,the study was divided into experimental group and control group,with a total of 60 subjects,30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.The experimental group students were given a semester of digital reading activities,and the control group kept the original teaching state.Finally,the two groups of students were tested after digital reading literacy.The results show that the activity has significant differences in language level,operational knowledge,reading emotion,reading attitude,access and retrieval,integration and interpretation,reflection and evaluation,and the experimental group is better than the control group.The results of the teaching reform experiment show that the digital reading literacy training activities can promote the development of the digital reading literacy of primary school students.Based on the above research conclusion,the paper finally puts forward three suggestions for cultivating the digital reading literacy of primary school students: changing traditional concepts,correctly understanding digital reading;paying attention to reading habits and effectiveness from two-way perspective;promoting in all directions to create a good digital reading environment.
