In the information age and the knowledge-based economy in the background, Shaanxi Province attaching great importance to the development of private higher education, grabbing the opportunity in the first round of the development of private universities, taking the initiative position and opened up a new situation in the development of private universities,Gradually these universities pay attention to the construction of teachers’ team, so as to enhance the strength of teachers and school level.Private universities have dual characteristics: social welfare and corporate profitability.In the teaching of education, it has the characteristics of public welfare, and in the human resources management, it has the enterprise profit attribute. Under the particular background research of the subject would be helpful to deal with unreasonable teachers structure,unenough relevant supporting policies, personnel mobility of teachers.
