Modern education as the front line of the competition for comprehensive national power of large countries,talent training and competition has increasingly become the focus of strategic games.Talent training,the key to teachers,the first in the establishment of morality.Preschool education is not only the starting point of Chinese school education system,but also the beginning of children’s socialisation.At present,socialist modernization,high-quality economic and social development,comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy and three-child policy have put forward higher requirements for rural preschool education.As an important force in educating people and strengthening the country,how to strengthen the construction of teachers’ morality has become the key to the development of rural preschool education,and has also become an issue of the times in the process of modernizing and developing preschool education in China.With the Party and the State raising the construction of teacher ethics to the height of national development strategies,the construction of teacher ethics in township central kindergartens has thus begun.From the perspective of educational ecology research,this study constructs an analytical framework for a high-quality township preschool education system by combining the practical samples of teacher ethics construction in China’s township center kindergartens,and explores the path of teacher ethics construction in township center kindergartens,which is both the inevitable requirement to solve the problem of teacher ethics and achieve the primary task of teacher ethics construction in township central kindergartens,as well as an important guarantee to realize the connotative development of rural preschool education.In response to the outstanding problems and weak links in the current development of education,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "China Education Modernization 2035" in 2019 and the State Council’s opinion on the Division of Key Work in implementing the "Government Work Report" in 2022,which clearly put forward the development concept of "teacher morality first",focusing on the deployment of the strategy of teacher moral construction in the professional and innovative teacher team,vigorously promote the construction of teacher moral and teacher style in rural preschool education,establish a perfect preschool education management system,school system and investment system,promote the institutionalization and long-term effect of teacher moral construction in rural preschool education,and implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education.How to promote the current institutionalization and long-term effect of teacher ethics construction in rural preschools has become an important issue in the current development of rural preschools.From the perspective of educational ecology,this study ponders and researches on what is the current situation of teacher moral construction in rural central kindergartens,what problems exist in the process of teacher moral construction in rural central kindergartens,what are the main ecological factors affecting teacher moral construction in rural central kindergartens,and what is an effective path to achieve teacher moral construction in rural central kindergartens.In this study,through purposive random sampling method,311 township center kindergarten teachers were selected from 44 townships in Z city,Sichuan province to conduct a questionnaire survey.At the same time,8 township center kindergarten teachers,10 township center parents of young children,and 3 township center kindergarten directors were also selected for interviews.The conclusions of the study are as follows:1)the overall situation of teacher ethics in township kindergartens in Z is good,with significant differences in age,profession,monthly salary income and teaching experience;2)the ecological environment of teacher ethics in township kindergartens is not sound,mainly in three aspects: the physical environment of teacher ethics is poor,the normative environment is lacking and the psychological environment is not sound;3)the ecological subjects of teacher ethics in township kindergartens are inactive.This is manifested in the implementation level of schools-inadequate teacher ethics education in higher education institutions,inadequate ecological mechanism of teacher ethics construction in kindergartens,the conversion level of teachers-imbalance of the early childhood teacher team,and the social support level--Insufficient parental support.Analyzing the gaps and shortcomings between the current situation of teacher moral construction in township kindergartens and the state of teacher moral construction,the reasons for the above problems include: 1)the ecological environment of teacher ethics construction is not resilient,specifically in the physical,normative and psychological environment of teacher moral construction has poor carrying capacity;2)the ecological subjects for teacher ethics construction in township central kindergartens have deviated from the concept of teacher moral construction,including four ecological subjects:universities,kindergartens,kindergarten teachers and parents.From the educational ecology theory to explore the township center kindergarten teacher moral construction path is the key part of this study.For the above-mentioned existing problems and causes of teacher ethics construction in township kindergartens,the study explores the effective path of teacher ethics construction in township kindergartens based on the theory of educational ecology.Firstly,to optimize the ecological environment as the basis for the construction of a new type of township center kindergarten.Secondly,to change the concept of ecological subject as the grasp,to stimulate the internal drive of the main body of teacher moral construction.Thirdly,it aims to promote the sustainability of teacher ethics through the cycle of teacher ethics construction.
