With the promotion of the new round of basic education curriculum reform,group reading teaching(hereinafter referred to as group reading),as a new mode of reading teaching,has begun to enter people’s vision and attracted great attention.At present,various theoretical studies and practical explorations on group reading are still in full swing,and a more complete system has not yet been formed.Group reading is relative to single reading,compared with traditional single reading,group reading has many aspects of superiority.Group reading can be divided into two major parts,namely,teaching design and teaching implementation.Instructional design refers to the selection of a structured set of texts based on a certain topic to set up problem situations,while instructional implementation refers to a process in which teachers guide students to collectively construct a certain problem situation and finally generate a consensus between teachers and students.As a fundamental subject,one of the basic tasks of language is to develop students’ ability to learn and use the language and script of the motherland,and reading is an essential step for students to learn the language and feel the charm of the motherland.As a result,how to guide students to read effectively and improve their reading quality has become an important issue for researchers and front-line educators to consider and solve.The teaching of classical poetry has always been the focus and difficulty of both teachers and students,coupled with the inherent drawbacks of the traditional single reading teaching mode,making the teaching of ancient poetry face a lot of difficulties,group reading has become a proven method to break this dilemma.The main part of this dissertation is divided into four chapters: Chapter 1 is an overview of group reading and its necessity and feasibility analysis.This chapter mainly discerns the relationship between group reading and single teaching,theme reading and unit reading,in order to better understand the connotation and extension of the concept of group reading,and specifically analyzes the necessity and feasibility of group reading in language teaching nowadays,so as to provide a basis for further research in the following.Chapter 2 provides an overview of teaching Li Bai’s poetry in junior high school language textbooks.The first section of this chapter provides statistics on the selection of Li Bai’s poetry in major editions of junior high school language textbooks and briefly summarizes its selection characteristics.The second section of this chapter analyzes the individual consciousness and spiritual direction of teaching Li Bai’s poetry from three aspects.This chapter collects and understands the current situation of group reading in the teaching of Li Bai’s poetry through a questionnaire,explores the shortcomings of group reading in the teaching of Li Bai’s poetry and analyzes the reasons for its formation,in order to propose practical strategies for group reading of Li Bai’s poetry in a targeted manner.The fourth chapter is the practical strategy of group reading in Li Bai’s poetry teaching.On the basis of the third chapter,this chapter mainly combines the current situation of group reading in Li Bai’s poetry and proposes practical teaching strategies to provide practical reference for front-line language teachers and promote the deep reform of middle school language reading teaching.This thesis,based on the existing research results,takes the problems and shortcomings of the current junior high school poetry reading teaching as the starting point,mainly adopts the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interdisciplinary research method,and combines its own disciplinary background and practical experience to apply the theory of group reading to the study of Li Bai’s poetry in the unified junior high school language,in order to break the current problems and shortcomings of the junior high school language poetry reading teaching,so as to effectively improve the quality of the students’ core literacy and lifelong development.The purpose of this study is to break the current dilemmas in the teaching of poetry reading in junior high school and to improve the quality of poetry reading in junior high school,so as to better serve the enhancement of students’ core language literacy and lay a solid foundation for their all-round development and lifelong development.
