Research On The Intelligent Construction Of Large Sports Centers In Henan Province

The "National Fitness" strategy is an important basis for promoting the coordinated development of China’s sports industry,national economy,and social undertakings,and is an important foundation for improving the physical health of the masses and enhancing the overall vitality of society.As a populous province in China,the number of fitness facilities for all in Henan Province has been increasing year by year,and the number of people participating in sports has also been continuously increasing.The pressure on the development of large sports venues and venues brought about by the huge sports volume cannot be ignored.In this context,how to provide a faster rate,more effective process,and more in-depth results for the construction of large-scale sports venues in Henan Province is an important theme for the current and future intelligent construction of large-scale sports venues in Henan Province.Therefore,from the perspective of researchers,this article aims to clarify the current situation of the theory and practice of intelligent construction of large sports venues in Henan Province,identify and solve the problems,and set February 2023 as the time limit.Based on the requirements of the "Guidelines for the Construction of Intelligent Standard System of Sports venues",literature review,observation,experience summary,case analysis,and comparative analysis methods are applied,We studied the top-level design,facility construction,industrial development,and management of 40 large sports venues(of which 3 are under construction)in 17 cities in Henan Province.The research conclusion shows that:(1)the construction demand is in a sustained peak period,and the advantages and potential of the smart sports industry are large,which is the main advantage of the smart construction of large sports venues in Henan Province;(2)In terms of intelligent top-level design,there is an imbalance in policy resource allocation in Henan Province;(3)In terms of intelligent facility construction,Henan Province faces the problem of hard development;(4)In terms of the development of intelligent industries,there is a problem of blind spots in the competitive industry in Henan Province;(5)In terms of intelligent management,there is a problem of inconsistent construction of intelligent management in Henan Province.Based on different aspects of the problem,the following suggestions were proposed:(1)Suggestions for solving the intelligent top-level design problem:(1)Propose a resource investment information mechanism of "provincial city collaboration,real-time release,and regular update";(2)Establish a smart theoretical guidance system within the province and encourage the public or units to participate in the implementation;(3)Set up special funds and talent management projects to encourage and support high-tech enterprises and talents to participate in the intelligent technology research and development,and technology experiments of large sports venues in the province;(2)Suggestions for solving the problem of intelligent facilities construction: coordinate the venue supervision system,establish a clear and unified supply and demand supervision system,and provide pressure and guarantee for the service,supervision and evaluation of intelligent construction of large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums in Henan Province from the perspectives of "fitness for all" and High-performance sport;(3)Suggestions for solving the development problems of smart industries: seeking third-party cooperation,gradually promoting the overall quality of smart construction of large sports venues in Henan Province from three aspects: technical support,hardware installation,and software and hardware updates;(4)Suggestion for solving the problem of intelligent management: Establish a pilot large-scale integrated data center for sports venues that integrates real-time monitoring,collection,calculation,analysis,transmission,and storage of venue data,to improve the demonstration of venue intelligent construction.
