Although China’s sports reform and development has made a series of remarkable achievements,the imbalance and insufficiency of sports development are still prominent,the reform tasks in key areas and key links are still arduous,and the ability of sports innovation does not meet the requirements of high-quality development.The public service of national fitness can not effectively meet the needs of the people for a better life.Public stadiums and gymnasiums are not only an important part of the development of sports,but also an important material basis for the realization of national fitness.With the improvement of residents’ living standards in Wuhu City,residents’ demand for health consumption such as fitness,leisure and entertainment and health preservation is increasing day by day.These demands will urge the government and public stadium operators to provide more high-quality venue resources and corresponding sports public services to meet the people’s demand for sports and fitness activities.This study mainly adopts comprehensive research methods such as literature,field investigation,questionnaire survey,expert investigation and mathematical statistics.Taking the current operation status of public sports venues in Wuhu City,Anhui Province as the research object,this study investigates and studies the operation status of public sports venues in Wuhu City,Anhui Province from the aspects of venue facility infrastructure,open utilization and venue service groups,This paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the operation of public stadiums and Gymnasiums in Wuhu at the present stage,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the operation status of public stadiums and Gymnasiums in Wuhu.Research indicates:1.At present,Wuhu public sports venues have sufficient resources and complete site facilities,and the management of site facilities can be carried out according to the complete management process.2.At present,the operation service items of Wuhu public stadiums and gymnasiums are not rich enough.Only part of the public stadiums and gymnasiums participating in the investigation and research have realized the optimization and reform of the operation mechanism system,and the marketization level of sports venues needs to be further improved.3.Wuhu public stadiums and gymnasiums part of the public stadiums and gymnasiums management personnel and staff education level is low,lack of professional knowledge,do not have the knowledge and ability of operation and management.4.Thanks to the development of Wuhu’s overall economic level and the improvement of people’s living standards,at this stage,most Wuhu residents go to public stadiums for exercise is no longer restricted by economic conditions.The development of sports industry is in a vigorous stage,but for various objective reasons,the work in the introduction of sports events is not ideal.5.In recent years,novel coronavirus pneumonia has been repeatedly popular,which has caused great obstacles to the opening of public sports venues.Moreover,the opening degree of indoor sports venues in Colleges and universities is relatively low.In the past,it was considered from the perspective of campus safety management and the high operating costs of indoor stadiums.Now,because of the epidemic situation,it has added new resistance to the opening of indoor venues.6.The satisfaction of the service group with Wuhu public stadiums and gymnasiums reached the qualified standard,but the dissatisfaction with the supporting services was very obvious.The operators of public stadiums and gymnasiums generally did not accurately capture the actual needs of the service objects.Based on the analysis of the research findings,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Continue to improve and maintain the existing site facilities,develop new operation service projects,and establish and improve the operation evaluation system of public stadiums and gymnasiums.2.Pay attention to the training and introduction of stadium operation and management talents,implement effective reward mechanism within existing employees,and stimulate employees’ enthusiasm for continuous learning and progress.3.Each venue can try to create a "small and refined" sports event with its own brand,so as to attract more people to public stadiums for exercise and sports consumption.4.Improve the digital management level,and the digital management means during the epidemic period should continue to play a good role in the normal operation in the future.5.During the epidemic,establish brand image through network communication;Provide authoritative sports fitness knowledge and demonstration for citizens in the form of online courses.6.Accurately locate the demand of Wuhu service groups for supporting services of public sports venues,Attract more valuable service merchants to join the supporting service system of the venue through appropriate preferential policies. |
