| With the development of Internet technology and the popularization of intelligent devices, especially the impact of the outbreak of COVID-19 virus, people’s production and lifestyle have accelerated networking, and the Internet has become increasingly a "must" in life."With the Internet,it is difficult to move without it" has become the norm.In the current context, online fraud has also shown new characteristics, mainly manifested in the precision of fraud targets, diversification of fraud methods, and the chain of fraud organizations, becoming a social problem with increasing public attention.College students,on the other hand, have close and frequent contact with the internet, rich online activities but lack sufficient vigilance. The risk of privacy leakage is relatively high, and they are more susceptible to online fraud. This not only causes harm to college students’ physical and mental health and property, but also poses hidden dangers to campus security. At present, there is a lack of functionality in the regular anti fraud security education in universities, with low active participation of students, poor educational effectiveness, and frequent incidents of student fraud.Based on this,it is necessary to further explore effective ways to enhance the ability of college students to prevent online fraud. The ternary interaction theory focuses on the interaction between behavior occurrence and individuals and the environment, and uses it to analyze the prevention of online fraud among college students.Combining group work methods to enhance college students’ awareness and ability to prevent and respond to online fraud has positive significance, and is also a beneficial attempt to broaden the field of school social work. This study comprehensively utilizes literature research, questionnaire survey, and interview methods, with L University in Guangxi as the research location.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews with L University students,we understand the current situation of online fraud among students in the university, analyze the reasons for being deceived, and establish a team to enhance the ability to prevent online fraud on campus.Under the theoretical guidance of the ternary interaction theory as the main approach and the social support theory as the auxiliary,we conduct a network security needs assessment for L school students, set service goals, develop service plans, and use professional methods and skills of group work to carry out practical work.We help service recipients enhance their awareness and ability to prevent and respond to network fraud from three aspects: individual, behavior, and environment. In the evaluation process of group work, combined with the pre and post test results of the ability to prevent online fraud, the interaction analysis of three elements, the achievement of group goals, and the satisfaction survey of the group,it is concluded that group work is effective in preventing online fraud among college students, and the applicability of the theory of three elements interaction in analyzing the problem of preventing online fraud among college students. Finally, reflect on the shortcomings of group work intervention in preventing online fraud among college students, and propose reasonable suggestions for social work intervention in preventing online fraud among college students and the practical work of the group to prevent online fraud,in order to provide reference for future related research. |
