Learning organization is a kind of organization with self learning ability and ability to adapt to change,the emergence of learning organization theory is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of the organization.Learning organization pays attention to self-learning ability,organization management and reconstruction ability and the improvement of the ability of the organization to survive and adapt to the change,and to enhance the ability of sustainable development.Applying this kind of organization pattern to the class construction,it has formed the idea of learning class.Actively exploring the construction of learning class is of great theoretical and practical significance to speed up the development process of Chinese quality education and to realize the goal of the new curriculum reform.From the organizational social science perspective,class as a quasi social organization,is mainly to education and teaching activities,it is the most basic organizational systems of training students,it is the most direct and most critically part of cultivating students’ lifelong learning.The construction of learning classes is of great significance for the development of basic education.It is important to promote quality education,train youngsters with four virtues,and consolidate the new ideas of the new curriculum.According to the fifth discipline theory,using literature method and comparative method,the study found that there are some problems in learning class construction :first of all,the existence of illusion of control;secondly,the lack of generative learning;thirdly,the phenomenon of boilded-frog;fourth,role limit and blame outside;finally,the limit of learning horizon.The reasona of these questions lie in students’ self-transcendence is consciousness,the mental model is curing,a common vision for the class is difficult to establish,teams of learning ability is weak and the lack of the ability of systems thinking.Based on the fifth discipline theory,to resolve various problems of construction of the learning classes and construct an ideal learning class,we should start with the following aspects: first of all,we should establish self-transcendence consciousness,reinforce the learning classes to construct the spiritual foundation;secondly,improving mental model,to meet the inherent requirement of construction of learning classes;third,establish the common vision and reinforce the power source on construction of learning classes;fourth,to carry out team learning,and optimize thebasic methods of construction of learning classes;finally,pay attention to system thinking and explore the essence of construction of learning classes.
