Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Student-Oriented Primary School Class Management

As the people-oriented education concept has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,many teachers hope to master practical and feasible people-oriented classroom management strategies through research.However,due to the small age of the students in the primary school stage,the class teacher is responsible for serious affairs,which seriously affects the students’ independent development.In this regard,this paper hereby conducts a "student-oriented" class management research.Taking the S primary school in Yingde city as an example,through the method of questionnaire survey and interview,to understand the problems existing in the current primary school class management,analyze the relevant reasons,and then put forward targeted strategies.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)By consulting the literature,clarify the concepts of "student-oriented" and "class management",explain the concept of student-oriented class management,expound the preconditions for students to manage the class,and explain the theoretical basis for students to manage the class.This lays the theoretical foundation for the following student-oriented primary school class management research.(2)Take the Yingde City S Primary School as an example,carry out practical research,and use the interview method and questionnaire survey method to understand the current situation of class management in Yingde City S Primary School.Obtain the problems in the class management of Yingde S primary school in primary schools,the "controlled" class management concept of the class teacher,the low degree of active participation of students in self-management,the old-fashioned class management method,the imperfect class management system,etc.,and analyze the causes of these problems,so as to get the class teacher’s lack of correct understanding of the main body of students,affected by social test-taking education,the class management model is outdated and backward,and the parents’ doting on their children.(3)In view of the problems and reasons exposed in the class management of Yingde S Primary School,carry out student-oriented primary school class management strategy research,mainly including four aspects,one is that the class teacher correctly understands the student-oriented,and establishes a diversified class management body;the second is to promote social de-utilitarianization and pay attention to the overall development of students;the third is to adopt modern class management methods to establish a student-oriented management system;fourth,parents actively cooperate with the school to carry out "student-oriented" class management.Finally,it provides a reference for primary schools to carry out "student-oriented" class management.
