| Student-centered education is life-oriented and study-oriented. It transfers teaching-basededucation, under the help of teachers, to study-based one. In the educational practice, moreand more schools are experimenting student-centered education as a means to promote thedevelopment of quality education. In China, including the mainland and Hongkong, Macaoarea, about200schools obtain a better teaching effect in the practice of student-centerededucation.Student-centered education is the management style in which the education managerschange the traditional education concept of teachers and build good teaching atmosphereusing a variety of management methods to make the school teaching work towards to thedirection for Student-centered education. The purpose of the research is to investigate theimpact of the management style on the development of Student-centered education in which aprimary school in Zhuhai is taken as an example and interview, survey, open questionnaire aswell as literature review are adopted.Studies find that there are inevitably many flaws and deficiencies in the identification ofStudent-centered education, teachers ’ teaching initiative and the level of knowledge&abilityand teaching support facilities during school promotes student-centered education. We suggestthat schools should continue to strengthen the goal-directed of student-centered education,actively develop teaching and researching activities, develop teachers’ autonomous learningawareness and increase the school teaching facilities. In this way can we truly cultivate thestudents to be conscious, responsible, innovative, high quality talents. |
