With the high-quality development of China’s economy and society,secondary vocational education has also entered a new stage of high-quality development.Internship teaching is an indispensable and important part of the education model of secondary schools,and job attachment is crucial to the cultivation of high-quality talents.In recent years,China has formulated and implemented a number of policy documents,which have effectively enhanced the relevance and effectiveness of job attachment for secondary school students.However,in the actual operation process,there are still many problems with the internship for secondary school students,which directly affect the effectiveness and effect of the internship.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the current situation of job attachment for secondary school students,analyse the existing problems,and put forward the optimal ways to optimize the way of job attachment for secondary school students,so as to promote the employment of secondary school students and achieve high-quality development.It has been proved that,compared with other majors,the job attachment of accounting students in secondary schools is more difficult and the dilemma is more complicated.This study first uses the method of literature analysis to analyse the Regulations on the Administration of Internship for Students in Vocational Schools formulated by the Ministry of Education in 2021 to clarify the main objectives and connotations of the national policy on job attachment for students in vocational schools,and to explore the promotion effect of policy development on job attachment for students.The study finds that the policy on student internship in vocational schools in China is becoming more and more perfect,and the guidance for student internship is increasingly strengthened,providing a guide for action to improve the efficiency and ensure the effectiveness of internship for secondary school students.Based on the "new regulations" of the "Regulation of the "Regulations on the Management of Students’ Internship in Vocational Schools",this study uses questionnaires and on-site interviews to investigate the current situation of students’ internship in Y secondary school in province H,the person in charge of students’ internship and the personnel of partner enterprises,and analyse the problems of students’ internship The survey also analysed the implementation of the "new regulations".The results of the survey show that,under the guidance of the "new regulations",the internship of accounting students in secondary schools has made great achievements,but there are also many problems.The main problems are: the organisation of job attachment in schools is not strict enough,and the process management needs to be strengthened;students’ knowledge of job attachment is not clear,and their willingness to do it needs to be improved;the role of enterprise co-management is still not enough,and the evaluation system needs to be improved;students’ job attachment is in a single way,and the need for reform is still urgent.In view of the practical dilemmas and specific problems of students’ job attachment in accounting services in Y schools,this study takes the "new regulations" as a guide and puts forward suggestions for optimising the job attachment methods of accounting services in secondary schools.Specifically,the study proposes to change the job attachment system led by enterprises into a new apprenticeship system;to change the job attachment system led by schools into a modern apprenticeship system;to change the learning mode and process of students into a cognitive apprenticeship system;to change the organisation of professional teaching in schools into an industrial college;and to change the location of job attachment in schools into a master studio.The aim is to realise the unity of "teaching and doing",to improve the quality of education in secondary schools through the transformation of students’ job attachment methods,to enhance the adaptability of secondary education,and to help all students receiving secondary education to achieve their goal of "making a difference in life". |
