Research On Talent Cultivation Of Ice And Snow Sports In The Capital University Of Physical Education And Sports Under The Background Of The 2022 Winter Olympic Games

Under the background of the Winter Olympic Games in 2022,it has brought tremendous opportunities for the development of education in our country.The scarcity of ice and snow sports talents has promoted the development of ice and snow education in our country.With the promulgation of various national documents,colleges and universities across the country have established their own ice and snow Majors under the impetus of policies.At present,for the training of ice and snow sports talents,the three northeastern provinces have developed earlier and better because of their superiority in geographical position.As the main position of the 2022 Winter Olympic Games in Beijing,the training of ice and snow sports talents has become a problem worthy of attention and research.Based on the summary of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper conducts in-depth investigation and research by means of questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics and field investigation,taking the training of ice and snow sports talents in Capital Institute of Physical Education as the research object,taking the training plan,the training process and the current situation of learning quality as the investigation object,From the personnel training objectives,training specifications,curriculum settings,venues and facilities,teachers,students learning quality and other aspects of research.The conclusions are as follows:1.Under the background of the Winter Olympic Games,to promote the development of all aspects of society,there is a great demand for ice and snow talents.It is urgent for colleges and universities to cultivate all kinds of ice and snow sports talents to meet the needs of social development,and to implement all aspects of talent training,so as to lay a more solid foundation for the economic and social development of our country.2.The capital university of Physical education and sports mainly adopts the mode of school-enterprise cooperation,which makes the training of students ice and snow skills more comprehensive and improves students' ice and snow skills.Schools and enterprises can realize complementary advantages,share resources,and combine with social market orientation to cultivate ice and snow talents in line with social needs.3.There are several phenomena in the curriculum design of ice and snow sports direction in The capital university of Physical education and sports: the public curriculum is single;the professional curriculum lacks rationality(part of the professional curriculum categories and hours do not meet the requirements of the National Standard);the optional curriculum is less,and the repetition rate with the professional curriculum is higher.4.The inadequacies in the personnel training teaching structure of capital university of Physical education and sports include: at the present stage,the facilities and teachers can not guarantee the implementation of the established training plan,syllabus and teaching progress;the number of teachers is insufficient,the number of venues is small,and safety measures need to be strengthened;the overall academic level of ice and snow sports coaches is not high,the level of ice and snow skills is low as a whole,and they participate in ice and snow skills determination.The number of training sessions is less.
