| Aggressive behavior is a kind of antisocial behavior contrary to prosocial behavior in human society.It is one of the important bad behavior in the process of children’s socialization development.At present,most domestic researches focus on what measures to take to reduce children’s aggressive behavior.However,the factors behind children’s aggressive behavior are particularly worthy of researchers’ attention.In particular,the family environment in which children live,as the soil for the survival of social members,plays a crucial role in the process of individual growth.The internal operation of the family system and the health of the family structure can directly affect the physical and mental development and behavior of family members,especially the children in the early school age.It is very easy to develop aggressive behavior problems in an unreasonable family structure.Therefore,through professional methods of social work,based on the family system,this study focuses on the aggressive behavior problems of 6-7 year old children,adopts structural family therapy,combines the family structure and the individual characteristics of the service object,and analyzes and diagnoses the aggressive behavior problems of the service object through family interview,in-depth observation,standardized measurement and other research methods.According to the actual needs of the service object and the cause of the problem,develop the target of case work and service plan.The case service process is divided into three parts and five stages,a total of 16 professional services,with the focus on changing the sick family structure of the service object and rebuilding the healthy interaction mode.By penetrating into the family system,challenging the family structure,reducing the family resistance,and reconstructing the family structure,family work methods are used to solve the problem of aggressive behavior of the service object.The results show that structured family therapy can help correct aggressive behavior problems in children aged 6 to 7 years.Finally,the author summarizes and reflects on this study by combining the whole process of case service,and finds out the shortcomings of the case study,which provides certain reference for the research in the field of social work involvement in children’s aggressive behavior problems. |
