The main task of adolescence is to develop self-identity,which is the period of transformation from children's world to adults.During this period, teenagers' self-consciousness develops rapidly and has an important influence on them. The physical and mental characteristics of teenagers are mainly express in large emotional fluctuation, intense self-esteem,desire for independence and so on,but they have immature, solve problems by avoid, conflict and other ways, which result in they cannot adapt to the surroundings well, many teenagers produce deviant behaviors such as school-weariness,drop out, internet addiction and even self-destruction.Although teenagers are troubled by deviant behaviors, they lack the awareness of active help, frequently through parents ask for help,so the treatment of their problems is often unsatisfactory.Structured family therapy takes the whole family as a service object, and it believes that the root cause of the individual's problems is the family structure's problems,if the individual is to return to normal life,it is necessary to remove the pathological family structure,so as to achieve the recovery of the individual with problems.Juvenile deviant behavior is greatly affected by the family, only to treat the adolescent individual, the problem will also appear repeatedly after the adolescent returns to the family,so we should start from the family, adjust the family structure,in order to make teenager grows up better and healthily. The author once worked in the party and mass service center of PN community in Shenzhen. The center carries out adolescent growth projects according to the needs of residents, and provides services for teenagers by means of individual cases, groups and community activities, especially the deviant teenagers. The author chooses A,which is relatively representative,as the research object to provide case service. The client of this thesis applies for home review because of insomnia in the next semester of senior year, and then became addicted to the internet, which leads to dropout of school without taking the college entrance examination, and has self-destruction and social withdrawal behaviors, his interpersonal relationship is limited to the communication between family members. The author found that the deviant behaviors of the client by entering the family, which is caused by the alienated pathological family structure and the unhealthy family communication mode. The author uses structured family therapy to intervene in case work: the first is to reconstruct the family structure and eliminate the idea of self-destruction behavior of the client;the second is to assign tasks to find alternative behavior,to assist the client to manage his time better, and to find alternative events to replace the internet in order to reduce the time online;the third is to reconstruct the family communication mode of the client, construct the non-violent communication mode, and alleviate the social withdrawal behavior of the client. When using structured family therapy to intervene in adolescent deviant behavior, the author found that reconstructing the family communication mode is beneficial to improve the socialization level of the client, removing label can improve the self-efficacy of the client, but the authority of parents weakens the therapeutic effect, and the social worker dominates also weakens the autonomy of the family members. Therefore, the author proposes to strengthen parental education and structured family therapy training,to build a community for the prevention and treatment of deviant behaviors among adolescents and to strengthen policy support for deviant behaviors among adolescents, and to provide reference for correcting adolescent deviant behavior.
