With the development of education informatization and the continuous change of knowledge,the original traditional classroom teaching can no longer meet the changing learning needs of students,the development of network resources is constantly rising,and the construction of high-quality courses arises at the historic moment.China officially launched the construction of quality courses,and all kinds of schools at all levels have responded.Under the action plan to improve the quality of vocational education,the construction of quality courses in secondary vocational schools has also received unprecedented attention.However,the current construction of high-quality courses in secondary vocational schools is faced with many difficulties and problems.It is of great practical significance to understand the construction of high-quality courses in secondary vocational schools,find the existing problems and put forward targeted solutions to better build high-quality courses to promote the quality of education in the future.This study through literature review the related concepts,excellent courses with system theory,constructivism learning theory,humanistic learning theory and the theory of multiple intelligences,in-depth anhua.we will act black tea school,through questionnaire survey and interviews to understand the school’s computer teacher’s professional "Photoshop" exquisite course construction situation,analyzing the exist the following problems: Lack of promotion of high-quality courses and low utilization of learning resources;Content presentation form is single,online learning link is simple;Weak interaction links between teachers and students,lack of effective and timely communication;The way of learning evaluation is single and the evaluation mechanism is not perfect.The content of teaching material is backward and incomplete.On the basis of this,the countermeasures to optimize the construction of the excellent course of Photoshop in the school are put forward: increase the promotion and publicity,improve the utilization rate of the excellent course;Innovate the form of curriculum to encourage students to learn better;Strengthen interactive communication and create a good interactive environment;Learning evaluation of multiple,establish dynamic evaluation mechanism;Developing school-based teaching materials to reflect the characteristic development of the school;Attach importance to top-level design,strengthen the planning and construction of curriculum;Attach importance to the teaching staff and strengthen the construction of double-qualified staff.In order to provide reference for the construction of high-quality courses in secondary vocational schools in China.
