With the support of all level’s government and the adjustment of ourcountry’s education policy, the secondary vocational schools, which havemore and more students than ever before, has developed very fast in recentyears. However, most students in secondary vocational schools are the oneswho are not admitted by high school, because their total marks to secondaryschools in the entrance examination are below the average admission score,they constitute a large majority of new students in secondary schools.Therefore, to some extent, most students in secondary vocational schoolsare problem students in morality, study, and value of life. The education andadministration of problem student has already become a big concern for theteachers and leaders in secondary vocational schools.The conversion of problem student has something to do with the buildingof their confidence, understanding their needs, carrying out some measures toappreciate and cultivate them. What matters is to probe the actual situation ofproblem student in current secondary vocational schools and searches forsome good ways to convert the problem students into good ones with the helpof families, schools and society when more concern, care, understanding andforgiveness are given to these problem students.
