Since 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that "talent comes first in rural revitalization".Rural talents are the foundation of agriculture.At present,China has entered a stage of innovation-driven development to promote sustained and sound economic and social development.The development and management of practical talents in rural areas is of great significance to increase farmers’ income,achieve prosperity,solve problems related to agriculture,rural areas and realize rural revitalization.In view of the existing condition,the123 industry in China in accelerating convergence,the production and business operation mode is the trend of constant innovation,the current state of rural practical talent,far cannot adapt to the new countryside and new industry in China forms now abound change,therefore,strengthen the rural practical talent cultivation,take the time to realize ability,Is a relatively urgent task that we should face at present stage.Even though Lianjiang is a less developed county-level city in Guangdong Province,it should follow the steps of the country to achieve the "three steps" and establish a relatively large number of rural practical talents whose quality meets the requirements of the state to help the rural revitalization.This study focus on starting from the background of national revitalization of the rural human resources development strategy,the methods of questionnaire,visiting the masses,launched in guangdong lianjiang field survey of rural practical talent,and obtain the relevant data,to deeply analyze guangdong lianjiang rural practical talent team construction.At present,there are some problems in the rural practical talent team,such as insufficient total amount of talents,unreasonable internal structure,low quality level of talents,and imperfect social management service platform,which need to be continuously improved.These problems have severely restricted the growth of rural practical talents in Lianjiang city,Guangdong Province.This paper USES literature,field survey method,history method,analyzes the problems facing lianjiang guangdong province rural practical talent team construction of the main factors affecting the difficult training and the introduction,cultivation,weak structure optimization adjustment,help aid is small,the policy is not perfect,and the lianjiang rural practical talent team construction provides the way adhere to innovation,Cultivating practical talents in rural areas;Implement precise strategy and introduce practical talents in rural areas;Adhere to the transformation of achievements,the use of rural practical talents;Implement incentive mechanism,reward rural practical talents;The use of emotional moving,retention of rural talents and other countermeasures.
