The elementary education is the foundation of the whole education cause.The class management of junior middle school is an important link of ensuring the development of education and improving the quality of education.The Internet era has been rapidly developed,the global cultural trend has been diversified,and the thinking,behavior and cognitive concepts of junior high school students have become more diversified and complex.It also brings new challenge about the management of junior middle school classThe research theme of this paper is class management in junior middle school.The research sample are 20 head teachers of S School in Huizhou,Guangdong Province.The writer comprehensively use the literature analysis method and the interview method to collect relevant data,and sort out the interview text data.Then,based on the grounded theory the writer use the coding software NVivo 12 to organize and analyze the interview text materials to build the model of the problems of the junior middle school class management.After analyzing,there are four main categories.They are class organization management,class system management,class environment management and class activity management.Then the writer constructs a model of class management problems for junior middle school students,and gradually analyzes how these four main categories act on the core category.In this way,According to the current situation of junior high school student class management in Huizhou S School,the writer put forward the countermeasures.They are about cultivating students’ independent management ability,improving class management system,optimizing class environment and enriching class activities.
