| Into the 21 st century,with the development of the Internet era,the trend of global cultural trends tends to be diversified,the ideological behavior and cognitive concepts of primary school students are increasingly diversified and complex,which poses new challenges to the class management of primary school under the background of new curriculum reform,and is also a new educational opportunity.In the collision and integration of Chinese and western cultures,our national traditional sinology education,which keeps growing continuously and integrates into a whole,stands firm in the world cultural turmoil.Some primary schools in China begin to re-emphasize and carry out traditional sinology education,and use the great wisdom contained in the classics of traditional sinology to guide the development of our modern education."Rejuvenating the country through science and education" is one of the basic national policies for China's socialist modernization and development,of which primary education is the foundation of the whole educational cause.Primary school class management is an important link to ensure the development of education and improve the quality of education.At present,there are three prominent problems in the class management of T primary school in futian district: the lack of common vision in class construction,the lack of systematic content of class management,and the lack of scientific class management methods.The author tries to explore solutions from the perspective of sinology.The Chinese nation gave birth to a profound culture of sinology in its five thousand years of pursuit,which still deeply affects the lives of every Chinese.President xi jinping stressed that learning and mastering the ideological essence of Chinese culture is of great benefit to the majority of young people to establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.We should seize the critical period for the formation and determination of young people's values and guide them to buckle the first button of life.Therefore,the primary school class management can study and explore sinology,make full use of the educational function of sinology,realize the organic combination of sinology and primary school class management,and constantly inject new vitality into the development of students.On the basis of consulting relevant literature,this paper makes an in-depth study on the content and methods of integrating sinology into the management practice of primary school classes.First,combining the meaning and content of sinology and sinology education,find out the theoretical basis and policy basis of integrating sinology into the practice of primary school class management.Second,by virtue of their own class teacher management experience and 10 T primary school teachers in charge of the interview data,code using the grounded theory analysis,from the bottom up to explore the problems in class management and education of Chinese study,clarify school education in class management respectively from both the education and the existing problems,and attribution analysis.Finally,from the perspective of sinology,this paper tries to select targeted content of sinology,put forward systematic practice measures of sinology,and build a perfect guarantee mechanism for integrating sinology into class management,in an effort to improve the effectiveness of class management in primary schools. |
