| Improving students’ physical fitness is one of the functions of school sports,but in recent years,the trend of Chinese people’s physical fitness declining is more and more obvious,the reason is that school sports has its unshirkable responsibility.In the process of physical education teaching in schools,it is not uncommon for students to prefer physical education to physical education,which greatly reduces the physical fitness function of school physical education,but also attacks the enthusiasm of teachers in class,and finally enters into a vicious circle where teachers do not teach students well and are not eager to learn.Junior high school students are in the growing period of rebellion and indulgence,the problem of sports weariness among students is also a real existence and need to be solved.Previous studies on PE class weariness are relatively superficial,and it is not clear which specific reasons are the specific reasons for junior high school students to have PE class weariness.Based on grounded theory,this study selected students with physical education class weariness in junior high school students through questionnaires.A total of 210 questionnaires were distributed and 210 questionnaires were returned,among which37 people had or had had the experience of learning weariness in PE class.Subsequently,12 typical and representative students were selected as the research samples through the method of objective sampling,and the research data were analyzed by the software Nvivo11 plus.In the level of coding won 12 free node of the communist party of China,free node coding respectively scores,less communication with students,PE teacher is too strict,use too much punishment,classroom content,academic pressure,students influence depressive,loss of equipment,the classroom atmosphere,a lack of confidence,low sense of achievement and look down on sports.Four tree nodes are obtained in the secondary coding,which are respectively teacher teaching,teaching environment,self factor and family factor.In the three-level coding stage,the core category is defined as "the joint role of physical education teachers,students and families under the pressure of entering higher education" by comparing different tree nodes.This study is to solve the physical education learning in junior high school students as the research background,with physical education learning of junior middle school students as the research object,trying to adopt the research method of grounded theory from the Angle of combining quantitative research and qualitative research,analysis the cause cause the essence of physical education learning in junior high school students and understand every reason in the junior middle school students physical education to the reason share of weariness.According to the causes of the phenomenon of physical education in junior high school students learning disabilities as well as the proportion of each reason in it,adopt a point-to-point solutions,in order to improve the students’ learning,improve the quality of junior middle school sports class,let students form the habit of physical exercise and as soon as possible to lay the lifelong sports idea,the dream to lay a solid foundation for the early realization of sports power.The research conclusions are as follows :(1)the junior middle school students’ physical education weariness problem is caused by the joint action of physical education teachers,students and families under the pressure of entering a higher school.Among them,teacher teaching is the common concern of students.Teacher teaching includes course content arrangement,too little communication with students,too much use of punishment and teachers are too strict.Secondly,the teaching environment is affected by the factors,including academic pressure,the influence of classmates,the depression of classroom atmosphere and the absence of equipment.The third is the students’ own factors,including contempt for sports,lack of confidence and low sense of achievement;Finally,there are family factors,including parents’ preference for achievement.The pressure of entering a higher school causes schools,students and parents to take study as the first element,which fundamentally causes the status of sports that is not valued.(2)the reasons for boys’ weariness of school focus on academic pressure,too little communication with students,contempt for sports and lack of confidence.The reasons for girls’ weariness focus on the curriculum arrangement,the influence of classmates and their contempt for sports.Disregarding sports as a child node is the child node with the highest coverage rate for both male and female students.The course content arrangement is the child node that the three grade students pay the highest attention to together,but the pressure that the junior grade students face leads to their contempt for sports.The equipment factor had little effect on the three grades.Students of grade one value the relationship between teachers and students,and academic pressure has a great influence on students of grade two and grade three. |
