With the strong development of science and technology and its extensive penetration into the field of education,education has also ushered in a new round of changes.In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued the "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan",and education informatization has entered a new stage.Under the impact of the wave of informatization,the class management model of ordinary high schools has also begun to seek innovation.The open class management model is proposed based on this logic.The construction of an open class management model in ordinary high schools is based on realistic motivation or practical basis.On the one hand,it is found through partial surveys that there are still many practical problems in ordinary high school class management.On the other hand,class management faces many new challenges,such as students.The diversification of development needs,the traditionalness of class management methods,the utilitarianism of thinking,the crisis of effectiveness,etc.Under normal circumstances,the construction of the model is carried out around three basic elements,namely the theme,theoretical basis and action structure.The main theme of open class management in ordinary high schools is openness,and the secondary theme is informatization.The theoretical basis mainly includes the theory of interaction between technology and society and Zhu’s new education theory.The open class management model has its relatively stable action structure,including the technical means of open class management,the participants,the ecological construction,the relationship between teachers and students,and the innovation of methods.In different school situations,the implementation of the open class management model is different,which means that the implementation of open class management in ordinary high schools is more suitable for case analysis.The strategy and effect of the implementation of open class management in Senior One Class11 of Lianjiang No.3 Middle School are mainly reflected in the aspects of restoring power,human-computer co-teaching,personalized education,family mobilization,and resource integration.Open class management is a brand-new class management that is emerging.It can be expected to have a good future in the future,and it may become a mainstream class management in the future.
