The development of the times has certain expectations for the vitality of scientific and technological innovation. The requirements of the new era for the future development of primary school students are also undergoing major changes.Facing the future of the continuous development of science and technology, primary school students should also try to improve their knowledge reserves, and constantly strengthen their self-learning ability and self-control ability. They should also have the team’s collaborative research ability and maintain their creative vitality of continuous innovation.Guided by the new curriculum standard of information technology in primary schools and based on the requirements of programming teaching in primary schools, the Scratch course has gradually entered the information technology classroom in primary schools, thus promoting the rapid development of maker education represented by open source tools such as Scratch. In the teaching of Scratch course in primary school under the traditional teaching mode, teachers have found many problems. In order to solve the teachers’ confusion, the author has found that project-based learning is more in line with the needs of Scratch course in primary school. Therefore, this study applies project-based learning to the teaching design of primary school Scratch course, and verifies the effect of the primary school Scratch course based on project-based learning in practice,so as to obtain the thinking and extension of the primary school Scratch classroom teaching results based on the "project-based learning" method. At the beginning, the author investigated the research status of the Scratch curriculum carried out under the "project-based learning" method at home and abroad through a large number of comparison of domestic and foreign literature and analysis and statistics, analyzed and found the connection between project-based learning and the primary school Scratch curriculum, thus establishing the research value and significance of this study, and defined the connotation of Scratch and project-based learning. Then research the theory, among which the content of constructivism learning theory,Dewey’s "learning by doing" theory and situational learning theory are very matched, and the theoretical basis supports the effective development of this study.Secondly, according to the research ideas, the research methods are literature analysis, questionnaire survey and experimental research, and the research plan is formulated by combining the research methods,From the selection of research samples to the preparation of questionnaires to the application of experimental research methods, the research is comprehensively applied in the overall research stage to ensure the order, feasibility and scientificity of the research.Thirdly, this study will combine the "project-based learning method" and the characteristics and theories of primary school Scratch curriculum teaching, and carry out teaching experiments with the same teachers, the same class hours, and the same table evaluation through the traditional teaching and the "project-based learning method" Scratch curriculum launched at the same time, and propose the design of applying the "project-based learning method" in the primary school Scratch classroom based on this. And before the actual teaching, use the Wells Creative Tendency Table to conduct a preliminary test on the traditional teaching class and the experimental class using the "project-based learning method" and record the relevant data. After the experimental teaching session is completed, use the same Wells Creative Tendency Table to complete the test on the students’ creative tendencies again, and collect the test results and compare and analyze the results with the pre-test results. So we can get the thinking and extension of Scratch classroom teaching in primary school based on the "project-based learning" method, and record the actual teaching effect. From the summary and analysis of the research results,it can be seen that the Scratch course based on the "project-based learning" method can effectively improve the students’ self-control and self-learning ability in the practical application of primary school teaching, and can also cultivate the children’s collaborative ability and team thinking,so that the whole group can maintain the vitality of continuous innovation and creation, and at the same time,it can also enable teachers to discover the shortcomings of their teaching methods in a timely manner,So as to find solutions to improve teaching as soon as possible.
