Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Cultivation Of Labor Concept In The Teaching Of High School Ideological And Political Classes

TIdeological and political education is very important at all ages,especially for high school students who are in adolescence and have the ability to act,because the learning status and development level of high school students can directly affect the future development of our society,and the cultivation of their outlook on labor will also directly affect the progress of realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the context of a more developed society,in the face of a rapidly developing economy and relatively rich living conditions,most high school students have rarely experienced hard labor life,and slowly an incorrect view of labor is also produced in the hearts of children,which is not viewed correctly,and will not stimulate the motivation of children to create labor value.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate a view of labor for high school students.How to correctly understand the value of labor and establish a correct concept of labor is something that the teaching team needs to explore.This paper focuses on the cultivation of the concept of labor,focuses on grasping the connotation of the concept of labor and the cultivation of the concept of labor,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of cultivating the concept of labor in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses,focuses on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of the concept of labor in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses,and after analysis,finds the current problems and the initiative of teachers and students to cultivate the concept of labor is not strong.The relevant content in teaching is not rich;Students lack perceptual understanding and the effectiveness of cultivation is weak.Locate the causes of problems,study four compulsory textbooks based on curriculum standards,and build a knowledge system cultivated by the concept of labor.From the four levels of teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,the measures and methods for improving the cultivation of labor concept in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses are proposed,which is conducive to improving the specific effect of cultivating labor concept in high school ideological and political courses.
