Research On Integration Of Xi Jinping’s Labor Education Concept Into Ideological And Political Course In Senior High School

At present,senior high school students have problems such as lack of labor knowledge,lack of labor emotion and weak labor will.Ideological and political course is the key course for moral education and cultivating people.Integrating Xi Jinping’s view of labor education into the ideological and political course of senior high school plays an important role in cultivating new people of The Times.This paper clarifies the background of Xi Jinping’s view of labor education,deeply discusses the value of Xi Jinping’s view of labor education,the practice of labor education and labor education of educating people.Through questionnaire survey and interview in senior high schools,this paper discusses and analyzes the existing problems of labor education in ideological and political course in senior high schools,and makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems.On this basis,it puts forward the following practical approaches to integrate Xi Jinping’s view of labor education into high school ideological and political course: First,from the perspective of giving full play to students’ labor initiative and strengthening the values of labor education,students should actively participate in labor practice activities,draw strength from model workers,and strengthen the value concept of respecting labor and labor glory;Secondly,from the perspective of improving teachers’ accomplishment in labor education and implementing the practical view of labor education,teachers should enrich the contents of labor education teaching,design the teaching objectives of labor education carefully,flexibly use the teaching methods of labor education,and train high school students to form the habit of hard work,honest work and creative work.Three from the school labor education guarantee mechanism,realizes the education of the labor education view Angle,the school should improve the labor education evaluation system,the labor education curriculum system,set up the labor education practice base,create a good campus ecological environment,and give full play to the guiding role of Xi Jinping’s labor education concept in ideological and political course in senior high school,It plays a fundamental role in the all-round development of senior high school students’ morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor.
