| Opinions on Strengthening Labor Education in New Age Schools and Universities It is pointed out that the curriculum of labor education should be carried out in primary and secondary schools to bring labor education into the whole process of talent training.Labor creates the future.To meet the needs of people’s good life and to achieve our great rejuvenation goal,we must rely on labor.Labor education in high school is the requirement of quality education in new era schools.Ideological and political theory course is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of building up people.To promote the pace of ideological and political reform and the degree of modernization of education,we must bring labor education into high school ideological and political courses.From the point of view of carrying out labor education in high school ideological and political subjects,this study carries out in-depth research and investigation to understand the present situation of implementing labor education in high school ideological and political courses.Then explore the methods and strategies of labor education for high school students through high school ideological and political subjects.This paper takes the labor education of Marxism,the traditional Chinese labor education,the labor education of China and the construc tionist theory,combined with the concept of contemporary high school students and the reform of new ideological and political courses.Start with the meaning of labor education in high school ideological and political courses and the relationship between ideological and political courses and labor education in high school.Based on the needs of social development,the necessity of ideological and political courses in high school is discussed.Later,the content of labor education in the compulsory course of high school was analyzed in detail.Through the questionnaire method and interview method,X five high schools as the survey,from the students’ labor values,high school ideological and political teachers to labor education,high school labor education implementation,questionnaire and interview outline,the questionnaire to students,and some ideological and political high school teachers.The survey found that the main problems existing in the implementation of labor education in high school ideological and political class teaching are : lack of high school ideological and political teachers of labor education,misunderstanding in students’ cognition of labor education,and insufficient implementation of labor education in ideological and political class teaching in high school.The main reasons for the above problems are the insufficient environmental conditions for the implementation of labor education,the imperfect guidance of students’ labor values,and the guarantee mechanism for the implementation of labor education in high school ideological and political courses has not been formed.Based on the above investigation and research,this paper mainly tries to put forward the improvement measures from the following aspects: first,from the perspective of high school ideological and political teachers,it is proposed to continuously improve the theoretical level and experience accumulation of teachers’ labor education to provide the necessary ability for labor education;secondly,to further guide students to establish positive labor values from the perspective of students;finally,to strengthen the implementation of labor education in ideological and political teaching in senior high schools,to innovate the design of labor education content,to make full use of scientific teaching principles,to coordinate various labor education resources,and to improve the evaluation mechanism of labor education teaching. |
