The Present Situation And Development Path Of Yantai Rowing Team’s Ideological And Political Work

It is not only required that athletes have high competitive performance ability,but also have high comprehensive quality and excellent political literacy.However,the existing athlete training model in China pays more attention to the cultivation of athletes’ athletic abilities,ignoring the ideological and political work of athletes.Therefore,it is necessary to effectively provide ideological and political guidance to athletes and help them establish a strong spirit of patriotism,dedication,and hard work,which also provides a continuous source of driving force for China to achieve the goal of becoming a sports power as soon as possible.This study uses the methods of literature,field investigation,expert interviews,grounded theory,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis to explore the model framework and scope of ideological and political work for Yantai rowing teams,focusing on exploring the influencing factors of ideological and political work for Yantai rowing teams,and investigating and analyzing the needs of athletes,Finally,based on the problems found in the analysis and exploration,the development path of the ideological and political work of Yantai rowing team was analyzed.The following results are summarized:1.Convert the interview records of coaches and managers into text materials,and use Nvivo qualitative analysis software to code and construct a theoretical model for the ideological and political work of Yantai rowing team.Identify six core categories,namely,the main body,norms,content,means,environment,and objectives of the ideological and political work of Yantai rowing team.2.Through analyzing the evaluation results of 47 experts in related fields and using SPSS software to use exploratory factor analysis to extract the principal components of the selected 28 main influencing factors,it is concluded that the ideological and political work of Yantai rowing team is influenced by educational means,educational environment,psychological education,educational management,and socio-economic factors.3.Through an offline questionnaire survey of 42 athletes of Yantai rowing team,it was found that the relatively weak ideological and political work of Yantai rowing team actually has different levels of needs in five aspects: ideological,political,moral,psychological education,and management work.4.Targeted exploration of five paths to promote the development of ideological and political work for Yantai rowing teams: strive to explore and innovate ideological and political work methods for Yantai rowing teams,focus on optimizing and improving the educational environment for ideological and political work for Yantai rowing teams,promote the organization and enrichment of psychological education activities for Yantai rowing teams,improve systematic and organized management of ideological and political work for Yantai rowing teams Strengthen the construction of an institutionalized and standardized funding system for ideological and political work of the Yantai rowing team.Conclusion: The theoretical model of ideological and political work for Yantai rowing team has been constructed,and six core categories have been identified,including the main body of ideological and political work for Yantai rowing team,the content of ideological and political work for Yantai rowing team,the environment of ideological and political work for Yantai rowing team,the means of ideological and political work for Yantai rowing team,the norms of ideological and political work for Yantai rowing team,and the goals of ideological and political work for Yantai rowing team.Through exploratory factor analysis,it is determined that the ideological and political work of the Yantai rowing team is influenced by factors such as educational means,educational environment,psychological education,educational management,and socio-economic factors.Based on a survey of Yantai rowing athletes,it is concluded that the athletes’ needs for political,ideological,moral,psychological education,and management work.Based on the above analysis,five paths for promoting the development of ideological and political work of Yantai rowing team are proposed in view of the influencing factors.
