Analysis Of The Current Situation Of The Affinity Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities And Research On The Improvement Path

President Xi clearly pointed out at the National Ideological and Political Work Conference in 2016,that it is necessary to "enhance the affinity and relevance of ideological and political education and meet the needs and expectations of students’ growth and development".This speech by President Xi has pointed out a new direction for the development of ideological and political education work in our universities.Looking back at the history of the development of ideological and political education in China,it is not difficult to find that China’s ideological and political education has been quite effective,but there are also some shortcomings,and the lack of affinity is one of the outstanding problems.Standing at the new intersection of history and reality,in order to meet the new requirements of the development of ideological and political education and to cope with the new characteristics of the growth and success of young students,the proposition of the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities came into being.This paper combines the use of literature research method,questionnaire survey method,cross-disciplinary analysis method and other research methods to grasp the basic theories and generating principles of the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and analyze its current situation,and then explore the improvement path with academic rationality and maneuverability.This thesis is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction;the second part is the basic theoretical explanation,interpreting the concepts involved in the essay in turn,and conducting a comprehensive analysis of the components and important roles;the third part is the exploration of the generation rationale,exploring the theoretical basis and realistic foundation of the generation of affinity in college ideological and political education from both theoretical and practical dimensions,and analyzing the formation mechanism of affinity in college ideological and political education on the basis of the law of the formation and development of individual ideological and moral character;the fourth part is an analysis of the current situation,combining the results of questionnaires and field research,analyzing the positive changes and existing problems of the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and exploring the causes of the existing problems at three levels: subjects,colleges and universities,and society;the fifth part mainly explores the path of improvement,through the interpretation of concepts,the exploration of generation mechanisms and the analysis of problems and causes,the path of enhancement of the affinity of university ideological and political education is explored from the perspective of the constituent elements of the affinity of university ideological and political education.
