In 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed at the National Education Conference that the guiding ideology of "health first" should be established in education,and that physical education classes should be offered in full,so as to help students enjoy sports,enhance their physical fitness,improve their personality and refine their wills in physical exercise.The phenomenon of "students enjoying physical education but not physical education" is becoming more and more serious,resulting in an overall downward trend in the level of students’ enjoyment of sports,which in turn affects the level of students’ physical health.In order to promote the healthy development of students,it is important to make PE lessons fun,so that students can experience joy while completing physical activities.Fun in sport is valuable in promoting the formation of core literacy in secondary school students,promoting the development of their motor skills and helping them to develop good sporting virtues such as overcoming difficulties,going forward,defying hardships and helping each other.In order to cultivate sports enjoyment among secondary school students,we must take school sports as the main forum and give full play to the role of sports.The analysis of the factors influencing secondary school students’ enjoyment of sports,guiding and stimulating them to enjoy sports,will help to enhance students’ continuous willingness to exercise,improve the effect of physical exercise and establish the concept of lifelong sports.This study uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,Delphi method,rooting theory method and mathematical statistics method to investigate the influencing factors and strategies for enhancing the sports enjoyment of secondary school students in the urban areas of Yantai City.The connotation,sources and current situation of middle school students’ sports enjoyment were analyzed,a theoretical model of the influencing factors of middle school students’ sports enjoyment was constructed by applying the rooting theory,the influencing factors explored were tested empirically,and strategies to enhance middle school students’ sports enjoyment were summarized and inducted,in order to provide practical guidance for the cultivation of middle school students’ sports enjoyment.The main findings of this study:(1)After the investigation of the current situation of sports enjoyment among middle school students,it was found that the grade level,gender,and physical condition of students in middle school were important factors affecting their sports enjoyment.Middle school students’ sports enjoyment intensity tends to decrease with the growth of grade level,and there are differences in individual development levels;on the gender variable,boys’ sports enjoyment intensity is higher than girls’ in the overall trend;analyzed at the level of high and low body mass groups,boys in the high body mass group have the highest sports enjoyment intensity,and girls in the low body mass group have the largest fluctuations in sports enjoyment intensity.(2)By coding through rooting theory,four dimensions(14 question items)were identified as factors influencing secondary school students’ sports enjoyment: student factors as an endogenous variable,teacher factors as an exogenous variable,school factors as a foundation,and social factors as a guarantee,and they were validated through exploratory factor analysis.(3)Regression analysis was conducted on the Questionnaire for Empirical Analysis of Factors Influencing Secondary School Students’ Sports Enjoyment to analyze the factors influencing secondary school students’ sports enjoyment and determine the degree of influence of each factor,concluding that student factor >teacher factor > school factor > social factor.(4)To give secondary school students’ sports enjoyment enhancement strategies according to the mechanism of the influencing factors.Translated with www.Deep L.com/Translator(free version)Research recommendations:(1)Change the concept and promote the scientificization of the curriculum tutorials.Change the concept and promote the science of the curriculum.(2)Autonomy and spontaneity,increase the specialisation of project selection.Physical education should accelerate the personalisation of project selection and realise specialised forms of teaching.(3)Experience success and enhance the classroomization of competition leagues.Make competition leagues a regular part of the teaching process,so that students can have a successful or unsuccessful experience.(4)Fun contexts to enhance the playfulness of skills teaching.Create fun-filled physical education contexts to promote the playfulness of skills teaching.(5)Promote popularisation and enrich teaching materials and methods to make them effective.Promote the school and classroomisation of sports,so that the boring teaching mode becomes lively and interesting. |
