| According to the spirit of the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and comprehensively building a socialist modern country",among which "the most arduous and arduous tasks are still in the countryside".We need to "adhere to the priority of agricultural and rural development","adhere to the integrated development of urban and rural areas",and more importantly,"smooth flow of urban and rural factors".Similarly,the need to "accelerate the construction of a powerful agricultural country" was mentioned.It is even more necessary to fully promote rural industry revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization,organizational revitalization,and other work.Adult education in rural areas must closely focus on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategic task,comprehensively improve the quality of rural workers,strengthen basic and vocational education in rural areas,cultivate a group of new socialist farmers,and provide talent protection for achieving the goals of socialist construction in the new era.Under the impact of social development and urban civilization,the revitalization of rural areas bears the responsibility of reviving rural culture.And the important mission of rebuilding rural areas to meet the needs of the times and establish a civilized order in rural areas.The national spiritual outlook and social civilization in rural areas urgently need to be improved.Therefore,adult education in rural areas is indispensable.From practice,it can be concluded that adult education in rural areas has its particularity.Rural residents are the main body of education,and there are significant differences between rural adult education and the three formal education forms of basic,vocational,and higher education.It is not only a simple agricultural technical training and agricultural vocational technical education,but also an important content of rural public cultural service construction and an important starting point for rural revitalization.This article takes adult education in Jintan rural area as the research object to explore its advanced experience and development issues in adult education as a national level rural vocational education and adult education demonstration county.Firstly,it defines the content of adult education in rural areas of Jintan District,and then expounds the construction of adult education infrastructure and the integration of educational resources in rural areas of Jintan District;The educational development dilemma and corresponding management deficiencies caused by rural construction;Finally,countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural adult education in Jintan District are proposed,including optimizing resource allocation,inheriting Jintan’s local culture,enriching rural education content,and innovating public cultural service methods.Through this study,we can understand the current situation and development path of adult education in rural areas,and hope to attract academic attention to the development of adult education in different regions.We can propose corresponding development strategies based on local conditions,ensure that adult education in rural areas meets practical requirements,better provide high-quality talents for the construction of new rural areas,and promote rural social civilization and rural revitalization and development in China. |
