| With the development of the game industry and service outsourcing mode,and the popularization of social specialization,the game service outsourcing industry has been widely recognized and presented an irresistible development trend.YC game service outsourcing company,the research object of this paper,is a representative of the industry.In recent years,it has developed rapidly and achieved remarkable business results.It has won many awards in professional fields.However,with the increasingly fierce market competition and the rapid expansion of the company’s scale,the human resource problems of YC game service outsourcing company begin to highlight,showing the phenomenon of slow down and high brain drain.In order to find out the reasons and change the negative human resources situation of YC game service outsourcing company,this paper finds that the main reason for this problem is the imperfect compensation incentive mechanism after a lot of literature research,practical investigation and data analysis.As the core module of human resource management,compensation has always been an important topic for scholars at home and abroad.Salary plays an important role in motivating talents,and talents are the most critical factor for enterprises to maintain competitive advantages.To do a good job in salary incentive is one of the most fundamental,direct and obvious means for enterprises to select,use,cultivate and retain talents.However,the establishment of compensation incentive mechanism is a systematic project,which is very challenging.At present,the research data of talent compensation incentive for game service outsourcing enterprises are very limited.This paper first carries out literature research,introduces the relevant concepts of game service outsourcing industry,talent characteristics of game service outsourcing industry,the status quo of enterprise talent compensation incentive,focuses on the two factor theory,and lays a good steering wheel for the follow-up work;secondly,through the practical research of YC game service outsourcing company,such as the background description,questionnaire survey and employee interview,puts forward some suggestions This paper analyzes the existing problems of YC game service outsourcing company’s talent compensation incentive mechanism from six angles(salary level,salary structure,salary system,project bonus,performance bonus and welfare policy)in two dimensions of health care and incentive.Finally,it puts forward a suitable optimization scheme of talent compensation incentive mechanism(implementing moderately leading salary level by business sector)In addition,we should add salary elements,set up differentiated salary structure,formulate feasible salary management system,make the accounting of project bonus more scientific from group to person,set up short,medium and long-term systematic performance appraisal,and adopt people-oriented "fixed + flexible" welfare policy.Only by building a talent compensation incentive mechanism in line with the characteristics of the industry and the company itself,can we give full play to the leverage incentive role of compensation,alleviate various contradictions in the process of profit distribution of the company,solve such important human resource problems as talent slack and loss,and form the real competitiveness of the enterprise.I hope the scheme presented in this paper can not only solve the problem of talent compensation incentive for YC game service outsourcing company,but also provide some reference for the same industry enterprises in solving similar problems. |
