| With the adjustment of industrial structure and the drive of the epidemic,the increasing demand of enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency,human resources outsourcing has become a hot spot in the market.As a well-known recruitment process outsourcing company,A human resources service company is committed to helping customers solve recruitment problems.However,it’s on-site recruiters do not communicate well with the company,which leads to weak sense of belonging and low work enthusiasm.The incentive problem of on-site recruiters has become a resistance to the sustainable development of A human resources service company.This paper takes the on-site recruiters of A human resources service company as the research object,firstly introduces the company’s development and and the incentive status of on-site recruiters;secondly,through interviews and questionnaires,analyzes the incentive problems for on-site recruiters in A human resources service company.Such as imperfect compensation and welfare incentives,poor training incentives,insufficient performance incentives,lack of career development management and lack of organizational sense of belonging;thirdly,combined with the survey results,it is diagnosed that the reasons are as below: Management’s lack of awareness of the importance of incentive strategies;Ignores the diverse needs of employees;Personal goals and company goals are not combined sufficiently;Poor communication between on-site recruiters and the company.To solve the problem,we should understand their career plans and expectations first,and in the meantime use Maslow’s theory of needs,Reinforcement theory,Equity theory and other relevant theories to optimize incentives to improve employees’ job satisfaction and stability,thereby improve the company’s sustainable development strength.Through the research on the existing problems of incentives for on-site recruiters of A human resources service company,the corresponding solutions are proposed,aiming to help the company solve its own problems and provide reference for the same type of companies. |
