The party’s 20 th report clearly proposed to optimize and adjust the layout of teachers according to the new situation of education development,and vigorously promote the reform of teachers in colleges and universities and the construction of double-qualified teachers.The newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China includes vocational undergraduate education into law for the first time.Carrying out undergraduate vocational education is the key measure of vocational education reform,is the historical necessity of industrial transformation and upgrading,is the inherent requirement of people’s expectation for better education,and is the realistic need of China’s vocational education to go international.The country needs scientific and technological innovation to lead the development of the industry.How to build China’s innovation system to serve the country’s future cutting-edge industries,vocational undergraduate education plays a very important role in it.To effectively support the orientation of vocational undergraduate education personnel training,promote the development of vocational undergraduate education high quality,realize the goal of vocational undergraduate education development,how to build a personnel capable,good quality,reasonable structure,combining,characteristic,relatively stable professional undergraduate faculty has become a professional undergraduate colleges and universities to be problems.This paper takes A University as the research object for analysis,the research framework is as follows: Introduction,mainly discusses the background of the research problem,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas,research methods and the core concept definition of key words.In the first chapter,the theoretical analysis of the construction of teachers in vocational undergraduate colleges mainly explains the theory of teacher professional development,the two-factor theory and the appropriateness of the research in this paper.In the second chapter,the survey of the current situation of the professional undergraduate faculty in the A school.This chapter mainly uses the questionnaire method and interview method to investigate and analyze the construction of the faculty from the structure,quality,management and training.The third chapter is mainly to analyze the problems existing in the construction of vocational undergraduate teachers in A school according to the survey results,and to clarify the difficulties and constraints of its teacher construction and development.In the fourth chapter,we reflect on the existing problems in the construction of vocational undergraduate teachers in A school,and conduct in-depth analysis of the causes from the multi-level,multi-dimensional and multi-dimensional aspects of the government,society,schools,enterprises and individuals.Chapter 5,in the school of vocational undergraduate faculty problems on the basis of attribution analysis strategy help to solve the current problem,construction is the overall system,teachers need to make effective construction,this paper aims to explore a optimize the construction of professional undergraduate teachers team suitable path.Chapter six,research conclusions and prospects,mainly to summarize the conclusions of this study,and put forward the shortcomings in this study and the future research prospects.Finally,it is hoped that this research can promote the construction of vocational undergraduate teachers in A University and contribute to the development of vocational undergraduate education teachers.
