| The development history of Technical school-enterprise cooperation education is more than 100 years, and it was gradually developed and widely accepted all over the world with the development of economy and the national industry's needs for the skilled talents.The main problems have five aspects: First, the problem of insufficient understanding and unclear conception on the talents training mode of combination of learning with working and Technical school-enterprise cooperation for the vocational school and cooperative enterprise is almost universal. Second, the problem of uncertain legal status and unclear entity responsibility on the talents training mode of combination of learning with working and technical school-enterprise cooperation. Third, the problem of unsound operating mechanism institutional improvement of the talents training mode of combination of learning with working and technical school-enterprise cooperation. Fourth, the problem that there is no uniform talents training program on combination of learning with working and Technical school-enterprise cooperation that the talent training quality cannot be well guaranteed. Fifth, the problem that the government has not played its due role and the enterprise, school and students are underpowered. We take the talents training mode of combination of learning with working and Technical school-enterprise cooperation conducted by Xiaogan Technical School as example to find the existing problems, analyze the problems and put forward solutions and rational suggestions.Improvement strategies are proposed for the existing issues: on ideological problems, clarify related concepts on combination of learning with working and Technical school-enterprise cooperation through the system, introduce successful experiences on carrying out the Technical school-enterprise cooperation of developed countries, as well as solve the ideological problems before work. On the legal level, determine its legal status by analyzing the function and defect of existing laws and regulations and the referential experience of some developed countries, establish and perfect the laws and regulations on the cooperation of the schools and enterprises, suggest to modify the Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China and build Technical school-enterprise Cooperation Law and issue local laws and regulations; establish and perfect operating mechanism and system of technical school-enterprise cooperation; Design personnel training system of combining working and learning, build the uniform talents training program, formulate unified professional qualification training standards, establish a unified certificate authentication framework and innovative teaching management system, so as to make the work being depended on something and ensure quality of talent cultivation; give play to the leading role of government in the Technical school-enterprise cooperation, arouse the enthusiasm of the school, enterprise and student in combination of learning with working and Technical school-enterprise cooperation. Discussion on above problems aims to illustrate what is, why and how to do for the talents training mode of combination of learning with working and Technical school-enterprise cooperation facilitate the effective practice in vocational schools and make contributions for the economic and social development.The exploration on the talents training mode of combination of learning with working and Technical school-enterprise cooperation has significance both in theory and in practice. The theoretical significance is to enrich its theoretical system through understanding the history and theoretical basis of domestic and overseas' combination of learning with working. The practical value is to summarize vocational school's experience on combination of learning with working, analyze the current problems,and provide improvement strategies and feasible ways for the vocational school in the future to carry out combination of learning with working. |
