Research On The Cultivation Of The Friendly Quality Of College Students Under The View Of Socialist Core Values

The eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China "advocated prosperity,democracy,civilization and harmony,advocating freedom,equality,justice and rule of law,advocating patriotism,dedication,honesty and friendliness,and actively cultivating and practicing the socialist core values".Since then,friendliness has risen from the basic moral standards of citizens to the socialist core values,which has become one of its basic contents.Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development,but the moral level is relatively backward,and affected by some Western bad ideas,social members do not trust and mutual indifference etc.adverse social malpractice,exacerbate social phenomenon not friendly.College students are at the stage of Ideological and moral construction.Their minds are not yet mature,and are easily influenced by these unfriendly phenomena,causing confusion or even losing their original friendliness.They do some unfriendly behaviors in daily activities.College students are the future and hope of the motherland.If they do not guide them in time,the consequences will be unthinkable.Therefore,it is necessary to study the friendly quality of college students.The author through extensive reading and analysis of friendly related literature,expounds the thoughts of our traditional friendly,friendly western thoughts,and focus on the socialist core values in friendly content,characteristic and important position is discussed,finally obtains the necessity of Cultivating College Students' friendly quality;secondly the author used the questionnaire and interviews to understand and grasp the kind of contemporary college students lack of performance,and through the analysis of the survey results,the students lack of friendly mainly includes four reasons,namely students themselves,society,schools and families.Finally,according to the reasons,the author puts forward the countermeasures to cultivate the friendly quality of college students from four aspects.From the perspective of socialist core values,this paper starts from the special group of college students,and studies the cultivation measures of their friendly character,hoping to improve the ideological and moral quality of college students and promote their healthy growth.
