| In recent years,the production and life style in rural areas of China is undergoing huge changes,and the supply-side structural reform of agriculture and forestry is being comprehensively implemented,the core content of which is to optimize the structure of agriculture and forestry industries and promote the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.Promote the supply-side structural reform of agriculture and forestry need to strengthen the construction of agricultural and rural talent,especially the demand for high-quality agricultural and forestry application-oriented personnel is extremely urgent.How to reasonably use the science and education bases established in the core areas of agroforestry industry to carry out the integration of industry and education and cultivate agroforestry talents with both professional knowledge and technical application for the regional agroforestry industry is an important issue faced by the current agroforestry colleges and universities as the supply side of agroforestry talents and the guarantee force for the construction of regional agroforestry talents.This study starts from the construction of science and education bases and the development of industry-education integration in agricultural and forestry colleges,through the results of expert interviews,questionnaire surveys and data analysis,the evaluation index system of industry-education integration in science and education bases of agricultural and forestry colleges is constructed and assigned weights,after conducting the application analysis,we propose strategies to improve the effectiveness of industry-education integration in science and education bases of agricultural and forestry colleges.This study analyzes the current situation of the integration of industry and education in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University and the construction of the science and education base in Yangzhong,Youxi,which is oriented to serve local economic and social development,to understand the current problems such as lack of talents and imperfect management system.Through interviews with twenty experts of the university,it was found that there are eight problems in the process of industry-education integration around the science and education base,such as insufficient content to match the actual agricultural and forestry production activities,insufficient base facilities and equipment support,lack of diversification and diversification of methods,insufficient construction of teachers,and insufficient adherence to industry orientation.As well as faculty construction,equipment and facilities support,regional industrial demand,subjective importance and the scale of financial investment and other factors that affect the effectiveness of the integration of industry and education in science education bases.Based on the literature analysis and the transformation of the indexes of each factor,we put forward two hypotheses that the "input" and "effect" of the integration of industry and education are positively correlated,and the "process" and "effect" are positively correlated.The two hypotheses that "input" and "effect" are positively correlated and "process" and "effect" are positively correlated.The hypothesis was basically verified by conducting one-way ANOVA analysis and Pearson’s correlation method on the questionnaire results with the help of SPSS 29.0 statistical software.A complete construction of the evaluation index system for the integration of industry and education in the science and education base of agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,and the evaluation of the effectiveness of the integration of industry and education in the science and education base of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University in Youxi Yangzhong for the academic year of 2017-2021,it is concluded that the effectiveness of industry-education integration has been improved in general,but the downward trend of the effectiveness of industry-education integration is more obvious after the 2018-2019 academic year due to the influence of problems such as insufficient faculty building and insufficient curriculum building.In response to the above problems,combined with the results of the survey,the weight of each indicator in the evaluation index system and the results of the analysis of the application of the evaluation index system,This study proposes four levels of strategies to enhance the effectiveness of industry-education integration in science and education bases of agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,including strengthening faculty development,enhancing curriculum development,improving evaluation mechanisms and playing a leading role of agricultural and forestry colleges and universities among various stakeholders. |
