| The Chinese Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)(hereinafter referred to as the " New Curriculum Standards ")emphasizes teachers should pay attention to the new phenomena and new characteristics of the use of language in daily life in the Internet era.This paper takes the neologisms published by the governmental agencies in the past five years as the research object,such as Biting Words,Chinese Inventory,Language Weekly.And conducts a survey through questionnaire survey,it is found that junior high school Chinese teachers and students have different attitudes towards the attention and use of neologisms.Neologism is a mirror of life.With its concise and novel form and humorous content,it attracts more and more students to use it in oral communication or written writing.We believe that new words and expressions can be used as teaching resources.Under the guidance of certain principles and strategies,they can be introduced into middle school Chinese classroom teaching to improve students ’ thinking ability and enhance cultural aesthetic taste.On the basis of actual investigation and case analysis,this paper provides the idea that neologisms can be used from pre-class introduction,classroom speculation or after-school expansion,and takes the text Dedication and Joy in Work as an example to make a reading lesson fragment teaching design.Taking as Our Internet Age an example,a comprehensive learning teaching design was made,and the teaching design of writing class was made with Neologisms for Writing as an example,in order to provide reference for the teaching of neologisms.This paper consists of six parts.The introduction part mainly introduces the research origin,object,current situation,significance and methods of this paper.The first chapter analyzes the utilization and teaching status of neologisms.Through the form of questionnaire,it is concluded that junior high school students tend to use non-standard neologisms,abuse neologisms regardless of the occasion,and lack of cognition of neologisms.Through the form of interviews,it is concluded that the current junior high school teachers have a weak awareness of the use of teaching resources for neologisms,the lack of integration of teaching theory and practice,and the lack of innovative spirit of teaching methods.It is also found that most students suggest introducing neologisms into classroom teaching,hoping to form a correct understanding of neologisms under the guidance of teachers.The second chapter discusses the function and role of new words in teaching.Based on the connotation of cultural self-confidence,language application,thinking ability and aesthetic creation in the core literacy of the " new curriculum standard ",According to the theoretical knowledge of dynamic development of language and metaphor,this paper explores the functions of teaching in improving Chinese ability,exercising thinking ability,establishing cultural self-confidence and cultivating aesthetic taste.It can play the role of activating Chinese classroom,expanding teaching content and innovating teaching methods,which can promote the comprehensive development and integration of junior high school students ’Chinese core literacy.The third chapter mainly discusses the principles and strategies of using neologisms in teaching.It is proposed that the use of neologisms should follow the three principles of the unity of instrumentality and humanity,purpose and acceptability,interest and standardization.Three specific strategies of using new words in teaching.The first is to use neologisms as the ontological characteristics of language phenomena and social phenomena.The second is to use unit activities,selected texts or knowledge cards that are consistent with new neologisms in Chinese textbooks.The third is to use the openness of Chinese courses such as extracurricular learning or interdisciplinary perspectives.The fourth chapter analyzes the high-quality teaching records,and proposes the ideas that neologisms can be used from import before class,classroom speculation or after-class expansion.It has a positive effect on stimulating students ’ interest in learning,inspiring deep thinking and triggering independent creation.Taking reading teaching,comprehensive learning teaching and writing teaching as examples,this paper designs three teaching designs of Dedication and Joy in Work,Our Internet Age,Neologisms for Writing to enable neologisms to empower writing,so as to provide reference for teachers to use neologisms in teaching.The conclusion part summarizes the functions,principles and specific strategies of neologisms in Chinese teaching.It is hoped that neologisms will become auxiliary resources for Chinese teaching,which can achieve the purpose of improving teaching effect and promoting the development of Chinese literacy of junior middle school students in the future,and achieve the goal of guiding junior high school students to correctly recognize,reasonably absorb and standardize the utilization of neologisms. |
