Chinese curriculum is open and innovative,and should meet the needs of different regions,schools and students as much as possible,develop curriculum resources to match them,form a relatively stable yet flexible implementation mechanism,and constantly self-regulate and update its development.Cixi,located in Ningbo City,Zhejiang province,has rich cultural resources,thus providing opportunities and conditions for local curriculum development.Introducing the local cultural resources of Cixi to junior middle school teaching in the right time is helpful to facilitate the twoway development of local students and local culture.In the background of new curriculum reform and curriculum requirements,and based on Middle School Chinese Curriculum and Teaching Theory of Zhu Shaoyu and his “great Chinese education philosophy”,this paper carries out a theoretical and practical research on the development and utilization of local cultural resources of Cixi in Chinese classes of junior middle schools,proposes corresponding strategies for existing problems,and applies local cultural resources to the teaching of language curriculum in accordance with strategic proposals to make use of the educational value of local cultural resources.The main body of this paper includes the following six parts:Introduction.It is a brief introduction of research significance,concept analysis,research status and researches at home and abroad.First,the importance of Cixi local cultural resources for junior middle school curriculum teaching is explained.Second,the concepts of cultural resources,local cultural resources,etc.are defined.Then,the literature research method and the summary method are used to integrate research status at home and abroad,and the significance and utilization of local resource development and utilization are summarized,and the purpose and fucntion of teachers are three-point consensus.In Chapter 1,the overview of Cixi local cultural resources and the basis for development and utilization are introduced.First,a classification of local cultural resources is conducted and analyzed from the resources itself and its integration into two aspects of language curriculum teaching,and the value of its development and utilization in junior middle school curriculum teaching is set forth.Then,the basis of local cultural resources development and utilization are analyzed from such two dimensions as theory and policies.In Chapter 2,the status quo of Cixi local cultural resources in junior middle school education curriculum teaching are investigated and summarized.The questionnaire method and the field interview method in the investigation research method were used to investigate the five levels of students,teachers,teaching and research groups,cultural museums,museums and other units and parent groups.The current Cixi local cultural resources in junior middle school language teaching and the status quo were captured and the three major problems of the existence are summarized: the development of local cultural resources is uneven,the use is insufficient,the assessment evaluation and the incentive system are imperfect.In Chapter 3,based on the three issues proposed in the development and utilization of Cixi local cultural resources,the author respectively proposed some implementable strategic recommendations.By building an educational community and stimulating teacher initiative,solve the problem of unbalanced development imbalance due to regional and teachers.By accelerating education digitalization,Cixi cultural resources will be used to innovate resource utilization methods to improve resource utilization methods.In the three levels of students,teachers and courses,the assessment system should be established,the incentive system should be optimized,and the development and utilization of Cixi local cultural resources in junior middle school language teaching should be promoted.In Chapter 4,according to the development and utilization of the above-mentioned local cultural resources,this paper applies it to junior middle school curriculum teaching,and provides teaching ideas for local cultural resources in the course.Through the three types of classroom teaching,speaking,reading,writing and two types of classroom learning activities,comprehensive learning,comprehensive practice activities,while improving students' language literacy,strengthen their recognition of local culture and enhance local culture confidence,moral confidence,self-confidence.In Chapter 5,the author selected each case in Cixi local cultural resources in junior middle school language courses and classroom development and utilization,combined them with the effects of their implementation and analyzed the strategy and implementation of the strategy described above.Through this study,it is hoped to provide some thinking and reference for the development and utilization of Cixi local cultural resources in junior middle school language teaching teaching.With the continuous integration of local cultural resources,Chinese curriculum reform will gradually be improved,becoming an open and innovative language course.The corresponding strategic suggestions proposed in this paper,whether from the theoretical level or the practice level,also provide a useful reference for deepening local curriculum resource development and utilization for teachers and teaching and research groups.
