| President Xi Jinping has emphasized that promoting educational reform and innovation,building a networked,digital,personalized,and lifelong education system,and cultivating a large number of innovative talents are major issues facing humanity.Since the 14 th Five Year Plan period,information technology has rapidly iterated and upgraded,and its integration with vocational education has become more closely integrated.Data shows that information technology construction has covered more than one-third of vocational colleges in China,and information tools are playing an increasingly important role in the cultivation of vocational talents and the integration of industry and education.However,some vocational colleges,represented by the Southwest region,still perform poorly in their information technology construction work due to reasons such as late start,weak foundation,and weak awareness.Existing research on information technology construction has little focus on vocational colleges.How to make up for the aforementioned shortcomings and narrow the gap in information construction has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article takes Chongqing as an example,and through studying national and municipal policy documents,analyzing the current situation of information technology construction in vocational colleges in Chongqing,and soliciting expert opinions in the field,the evaluation index system of information technology construction level has been determined,including four dimensions of platform advantages,supporting facilities,information literacy,and operation mechanism,as well as 20 secondary indicators of subordinates;After fully considering the characteristics of the research object and the applicability of the method,the evaluation model was constructed,and the collected data was processed to obtain the information construction level of 20 vocational colleges in Chongqing;By combining the numerical distribution law and the natural breakpoint classification method,all colleges and universities were divided into three echelons for analysis.It was found that the degree of agglomeration of vocational colleges in the region was positively correlated with the level of information technology construction of colleges and universities in the jurisdiction to a certain extent,and there was a strong to weak impact relationship between the type,quality,and level of education on the level of information technology construction;Finally,on the premise of giving consideration to all the influencing factors and the conditions of the colleges as much as possible,following the thought of "spiral model",a systematic strategy for improving the informatization construction of vocational colleges in Chongqing was designed from the overall perspective.The evaluation results of this article can provide reference for the school leadership and decision-makers,help weak schools identify problems and fill the gaps in regional information construction,and the final improvement strategy can also help middle level technical personnel in vocational colleges to further explore the potential of information tools and improve the information literacy of all faculty members.It also has a certain reference value for research in related fields. |
