Research On Efficiency Evaluation Of University Informatization Governance Based On Entropy Weight Method And Data Envelopment Analysis ——Taking 30 Undergraduate Colleges And Universities In Anhui Province As An Example

Educational informatization is an important part of social informatization and an endogenous variable of educational modernization.To evaluate the efficiency of educational informatization governance can fully grasp the input-output efficiency of current educational informatization and improve informatization governance ability.In undergraduate course colleges and universities as the research object,this paper applied widely used in the field of economics of entropy weight method and Data Envelopment Analysis（DEA）method,the informatization of the governance efficiency has made an evaluation,the evaluation results,data analysis and put forward the reasonable proposal,helps the rational allocation of educational resources in colleges and universities,improve the level of informationization and management ability,to promote the transformation of education quality from scale development to connotation development and realize the goal of modernization of higher education.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the current research status of educational informatization evaluation,and finds that the existing research mainly focuses on informatization input and application,and there is less research on informatization governance efficiency.Therefore,this paper studies the informatization governance efficiency from the perspective of input-output and based on the relevant concepts and theories of educational informatization.Secondly,by consulting the relevant literature of educational informatization evaluation,and then according to the actual development of colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the input resources and output effect of informatization in Colleges and universities,summarizes the input and output indicators of informatization governance efficiency evaluation,and gives weights by using entropy weight method,so as to establish a complete evaluation system of informatization governance efficiency in Colleges and universities.Thirdly,through Data Envelopment Analysis,measurement and analysis of the information management efficiency of 30 universities in Anhui Province.The results show that 18 colleges and universities are DEA effective,and the information input-output efficiency and ability are the best;12 universities are non DEA effective,and the efficiency and ability of information input-output are not optimal.Finally,in order to improve the input-output ratio of informatization in Colleges and universities and promote the effective improvement of the efficiency of educational informatization governance,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects: strengthening the construction of talent team,formulating the overall plan of school informatization development,strengthening the allocation of informatization resources,improving the comprehensive service level of informatization and promoting the deep integration of education and technology.This paper has developed the effectiveness of the effectiveness evaluation index system suitable for colleges and universities.It has actual reference value for the improvement of the management efficiency assessment system in colleges and universities.The method of combining the entropy weight method and Data Envelopment Analysis method for college information management efficiency.Figure [5] table [16] reference [60]...
