Centennial plan,education-oriented;Education is based on sports.With the continuous attention of the state to school sports,the status and role of the physical education profession have been continuously highlighted.The tempering of a team of physical education teachers with abundant numbers,rich knowledge and outstanding skills has become a basic project for higher sports colleges.As one of the main courses of physical education in ordinary colleges and universities,gymnastics has a great role in improving students’ physical fitness,tempering their will quality,and improving self-control.How to improve the quality of gymnastics teaching,build high-quality courses,and improve teaching evaluation has become a topic that major universities need to jointly tackle.In recent years,with the outbreak of the epidemic,the development of the Internet and the innovation of new media technology,Internet + education has begun to become the new mainstream,and new education forms such as Ding Talk teaching,online and offline teaching,and Tencent classroom meetings have begun to enter everyone’s field of vision.Douyin has gradually become the leader of short video dissemination by virtue of its fast transmission speed,large number of users and rich video types.Some physical education teachers have also begun to try to integrate Douyin into teaching,but there are few related teaching practices and theoretical research.Using research methods such as literature,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and video teaching,this paper takes the application of Douyin-assisted teaching method in the general gymnastics course as the research object,and selects two classes of surgery from the 2021 freshmen majoring in physical education of the Physical Education College of Shangrao Normal University in the form of random sampling,respectively the experimental group(Surgery Class 1)and the control group(Surgery Class 2)as experimental subjects,to carry out a 16-week teaching experiment.Before and after the experiment,the basic situation of Douyin,learning motivation,physical fitness,special skills and other indicators of the two groups of students were evaluated,and the experimental results were sorted out and analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the effect of Douyin-assisted teaching method in improving students’ interest in gymnastics practice,enhancing self-efficacy in gymnastics learning and improving teamwork ability was better than that of the control group.2.Douyin-assisted teaching method can better help students master the theoretical knowledge and professional skills of gymnastics,and is better than traditional teaching methods in improving gymnastics special skills and test scores.3.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the Douyin assisted teaching method has a more significant effect on improving special quality indicators such as handstand,right angle support and grip strength quality indicators against the wall.4.After the experiment,there was no significant difference between the physical shape and conventional physical fitness of the two groups,indicating that the Douyin-assisted teaching method had no obvious advantages in optimizing body shape and improving conventional physical fitness compared with the traditional teaching method.
