With the teaching reform of the continuous deepening into the physical education teaching,if you want to better achieve the teaching goal and complete the teaching task,it is necessary to choose the appropriate teaching method.PE teachers’ urgent thinking about the current problem is how to achieve the goal of enriching teaching means,improving teaching methods,improving teaching quality and stimulating students to consciously and participate in sports actively.In physical education teaching,feedback is a key link,which greatly affects the learning effect of students.Appropriate feedback can correct the errors and bias produced in the teaching process,which is conducive to the realization of teaching goals and the formation of sports skills.Video feedback teaching method is a new teaching method with the help of multimedia software information technology.In physical education courses,the video feedback teaching method can transmit the feedback information in multiple directions to make the feedback content more effective and comprehensive.This study through the video feedback teaching method applied to ordinary college tennis elective course teaching,comparing video feedback teaching method and traditional teaching method in the students’ physical quality,internal motivation,the influence of tennis technology effect,aims to explore the video feedback teaching method of ordinary college tennis elective course teaching effect.Using the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,Hengyang Normal University tennis elective class in two classes of 48 students(24 students per class)as the experiment object,for 16 weeks of teaching experiment.The teaching content and teaching progress of the experimental class are consistent with the control class.The experimental class adopts the video feedback teaching method,while the control class adopts the traditional teaching method to observe the changes of students ’physical quality,students’ internal motivation and tennis technology,and compare the teaching effects of the two methods.Finding:(1)By applying the video feedback teaching method to the classroom teaching of the tennis elective class,there is no significant difference in the physical quality of the experimental class and the control class after the experiment,and the video feedback teaching method and the traditional teaching method have no obvious promotion effect on the improvement of the physical quality of the tennis elective students in ordinary colleges and universities.(2)Through teaching experiments,it is found that in terms of internal motivation,the students in the experimental class’ interest / fun,effort / importance,subjective ability,value / usefulness are better than that of the control class,and have significant differences.Compared with the traditional teaching method,video feedback teaching method uses the characteristics of video feedback itself,makes students clearly find the difference between themselves and others,stimulates their interest in learning,and strengthens the internal motivation of ordinary college students to learn tennis.(3)Through teaching experiments,it was found that in terms of sports skills,the tennis sports skills of the experimental class students were better than that of the control class,and there were significant differences.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the video feedback teaching method can effectively promote the interaction between teachers and students,strengthen the communication between students and improve the teaching efficiency,help strengthen students ’ability to correct errors,analysis and observation,and further improve students’ skills learning.
