Published by the Chinese badminton association of "badminton sports level rating standard" has been implemented on April 1,2019,the standard is for ordinary badminton lovers universal evaluation system,the purpose is to get flow channel between amateurs and professional players,promote badminton project in the national fitness movement popularization and sustainable development.Badminton is one of the most popular sports for college students.How to integrate standards into badminton classroom teaching in universities and efficiently and quickly improve students’ learning interest and sports skill level of badminton is a problem worth studying and discussing.This study cites the content of “Badminton Sports Level Rating Standard” in the teaching of badminton optional course in colleges and universities,which conforms to the course teaching as an auxiliary means of teaching.Firstly,to some extent,it encourages students’ desire to "reach the level",gives full play to students’ independent initiative,and stimulates students’ interest in learning.Secondly,it improves students’ cognition of the impact factors of badminton hitting,enhances the stability of landing control,and promotes their mastery of badminton skills.This paper takes the teaching experiment effect of the badminton elective courses in colleges and universities as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,teaching experiment,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and so on.The students(100 boys)of the 2021 elective courses of South China Agricultural University were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group took the test content of the Rating Standard of Badminton Sports Level as the intervention method in classroom teaching.The control group adopted the conventional classroom teaching mode,and the teaching experiment lasted for one semester.After the experiment,the special technical indicators of the two classes of students and the three dimensions in the questionnaire(badminton skills,badminton impact factors,learning interest)were compared and analyzed by independent sample T test and paired sample T test.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The "Level 8" test of "Badminton Level Evaluation Standard" has a positive impact on the badminton positioning ability of ordinary college students to control the landing point of corner kick,positioning high ball and positioning ball picking technology.2.After the experiment,the progress of the students in the experimental group is significantly greater than that of the students in the control group.Teachers and students can regularly evaluate the situation of learning of badminton technology through the Standard,so that the students are more targeted when practicing.3.The "Standard" can assist the students to increase the change and stability of the hitting point,so that the students in the experimental group are significantly superior to the students in the control group in the teaching competition.4.In the factors affecting the ball,experiment group students for hitting "arc,surface,power" and "point" four elements of understanding and mastery is better than the control group,can adjust the shot,surface Angle to improve the accuracy of the point,but two groups of students to "the point and body position" cognitive no significant difference.5.The test content of the Standard is applied to badminton teaching.The students in the experimental group have a more comprehensive understanding of badminton skills.The students in the experimental group have a stronger interest in learning badminton,and the feedback of practice is more timely,and the density of practice is greater.Based on the above conclusions,make the following suggestions:Improve students ’self-evaluation and self-test ability,stimulate students’ desire to actively explore;flexibly apply according to the specific situation,pay attention to the law of students’ physical and mental development;strengthen the training of students in various aspects and promote their comprehensive and balanced development;strengthen and improve the revision of the Standard,and improve the adaptability of the Standard.
