| Background: Sports tourism in China has developed rapidly in recent years,and with the support of national policies and tourism market demand,the scale of the sports tourism industry has gradually grown,but compared to the high growth rate of the sports tourism industry,the actual output value of sports tourism is a relatively low proportion of the total tourism output value,and there is still a broad space for the development of China’s sports tourism market.To promote the high-quality and sustainable development of sports tourism in the future,improving the satisfaction of tourists in sports tourism bases is the key,and how to measure tourists’ satisfaction is the key.Currently,Chinese scholars have introduced tourist satisfaction into sports tourism research,but there are still few studies on the scientific measurement of tourist satisfaction in sports tourism bases.Research object: This study takes the evaluation index system of tourists’ satisfaction of sports tourism base as the research object.Research method: The research methods such as literature method,expert consultation method,factor analysis method,hierarchical analysis method,questionnaire survey method,IPA analysis method and mathematical statistics method are used.Research content: After literature combing and index discussion,the satisfaction evaluation indexes were initially screened,the pool of satisfaction evaluation indexes was constructed through expert consultation method,and the final 5 primary indexes,11 secondary indexes and 38 tertiary indexes of sports tourism base visitor satisfaction evaluation were determined through factor analysis,and then the index weights of the indexes at each level were determined through hierarchical analysis method.Finally,the constructed satisfaction evaluation index system is empirically studied,the results of the survey on tourist satisfaction of sports tourism bases are discussed,the basic situation of tourists in sports tourism places,the overall perception and the importance of tourists to the evaluation indexes-satisfaction perception are analysed,and relevant development suggestions are put forward for sports tourism places.The research findings of this study are as follows:(1)The index system for evaluating tourists’ satisfaction of sports tourism bases constructed in this study consists of five primary indicators,11 secondary indicators and 38 tertiary indicators,which evaluate sports tourism services in five dimensions,namely,sports tourism characteristic products,sports tourism supporting services,sports tourism safety management,sports tourism information services and sports tourism transportation services.(2)There is a certain logical relationship between the sports tourism base visitor satisfaction evaluation index system constructed by the research and the visitor service needs to be provided in the course of sports tourism tourists’ play,and the results of the survey can reflect the perceived satisfaction status of the sports tourism tourists to be investigated.(3)Through the empirical investigation,it can be seen that it is feasible to evaluate the tourist satisfaction situation of sports tourism bases from five dimensions,and the evaluation index system constructed in this study can be used as a measurement tool to investigate the tourist satisfaction of sports tourism bases,and the sports tourism evaluation index system constructed in this study can also be used as a reference for the direction of satisfaction improvement of sports tourism places.(4)Analysing the findings of the sports tourism bases,the market development space of sports tourism is huge,but the existing development is still unable to meet the perceived experience of sports tourism tourists,and the development of sports tourism should be paid attention to. |
