The practice base is an important carrier for cultivating the innovative and practical abilities of professional degree graduates,and its construction level is directly related to the quality of professional degree graduate education.Therefore,constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for professional degree graduate education practice bases is of great significance to standardize the construction of college practice bases and improve the level of base construction.Based on education evaluation and stakeholder theory,this paper builds a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of professional degree graduate education practice base to evaluate the construction of practice base,and analyzes the level of practice base construction in combination with empirical research.First,using literature analysis,theoretical consolidation,policy text analysis,and field research to extract the main dimensions and specific indicators for evaluating the professional degree graduate education practice base;second,through expert consultation methods,these indicators are screened according to the coefficient of variation,And finally constructed an evaluation index system of professional degree graduate education practice base composed of 4 first-level indexes,12 second-level indexes and 35 third-level indexes,forming a key element explaining the influence of the construction level of the practice base;third,The Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to calculate the weight of the index system,so as to construct an operable practice base evaluation system.Finally,using the evaluation index system of the professional degree graduate education practice base constructed in this paper,the application research is conducted on the 7 provincial professional degree graduate education practice bases of H University,that is,the practice base is selected as the empirical evaluation object,and the current results are analyzed through the evaluation results.The professional degree postgraduate education practice base generally has the problems of imperfect operation and management mechanism,insufficient investment of funds,vague duty of tutors inside and outside the school,and low contribution of base cooperation achievements.Based on these issues,countermeasures and suggestions for further strengthening the construction of a professional degree graduate education practice base were put forward,establishing an all-round practice management system and improving the base operation mechanism;establishing a diversified investment mechanism and building a high-standard practice base;establishing an incentive and restraint mechanism and clear guidance Teachers' responsibilities and rights;establish a practical achievement evaluation mechanism to promote the transformation of achievements.
