The successful hosting of the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing has fulfilled the development goal of "encouraging 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports".In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of ice and snow economy in the post-Olympic period,the state advocates expanding the quality supply of ice and snow tourism products.In 2021,the state initiated the identification of national ski tourism resorts and defined the concept of ski tourism resorts.The high quality construction of ski resorts is an important way to transform the development concept of "ice and snow are also gold and silver mountains" into practice.The comprehensive evaluation is the theoretical basis for the high quality construction of ski resorts.At present,the evaluation of ski resorts is mostly from the single perspective of resource utilization,and the evaluation from the perspective of tourist demand,operational activities and environmental protection is lacking.In order to remedy the above problems,this research attempts to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system of ski tourism resorts from multiple angles,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the high-quality construction of ski tourism resorts in our country.This paper mainly studies the evaluation of ski tourism resorts.First,based on the AVC theory,the relevant evaluation literature of attractiveness,vitality and carrying capacity was reviewed respectively.The index was selected by using the frequency statistics method.The index of system layer was determined by combining the push-pull theory and the tourism environment capacity theory.Refer to the industry standard,design the index layer index,and preliminarily construct the evaluation index system.Secondly,the method of expert interview and principal component analysis is used to revise the evaluation index system.Finally,from the three evaluation dimensions of attraction,vitality and bearing capacity,the evaluation index system of ski tourism resort is constructed with 13 system layer indexes and 40 index layer indexes.Second,collecting expert scoring data,using analytic hierarchy process to calculate the subjective weight value of indicators;The index assignment was defined by referring to industry standards.Objective data were obtained from official websites,industry reports and field interviews,and the entropy weight method was used to calculate the objective weights.Then the weight of the subjective and objective values are calculated to determine the weight of the evaluation index of the ski tourism resort.Thirdly,the fuzzy evaluation method is used to evaluate the case,and the evaluation index system is verified to be scientific and rational,and the evaluation results are applied to the practical guidance of the case construction.Through the evaluation results,it is found that the evaluation index system constructed in this paper has high practical significance,and also indicates that the overall construction effect of the case is not so good.In the system level index,vitality score is the lowest,which is the key factor restricting the high quality construction of the case site.In the index layer,the vertical drop of the ski resort,the accommodation environment of the resort,the sanitary environment of the resort,the water quality and the air quality scored high,but the eight indexes,ski entertainment facilities,the supporting environment of the resort,the catering environment of the resort,the brand awareness,the convenience of transportation,the annual growth rate of the number of new tourism projects,the market share,the information management level,scored low.This study puts forward targeted improvement countermeasures from three aspects: meeting the diversified needs of tourists,improving operation capacity,and protecting ecological environment,so as to provide reference for the realization of high-quality construction of the case site. |
