| The optimization of industrial structure and the upgrading of residents’ consumption are mutually reinforcing relationships,which are the foundation for achieving high-quality economic development under the new development pattern.Therefore,promoting the high-quality development of the sports industry and the transformation and upgrading of sports consumption has become the top priority of China’s current sports economic development,and has attracted high attention from the country.Sports consumption,as a new consumption concept,has become popular among urban residents and has become an important component of their daily consumption.The transformation and upgrading of sports consumption is not only an increase in quantity,but also an improvement in quality.At present,there is relatively little research on the quality theory of sports consumption,and a systematic system has not yet been formed.However,for the evaluation of sports consumption,scholars mostly evaluate sports consumption based on the amount of residents’ sports consumption expenditure,and the evaluation content is slightly one-sided and thin.There is currently no complete evaluation system for sports consumption,and only a basic situation of residents’ sports consumption in China can be roughly understood,It is not conducive to making an objective and scientific evaluation of the current situation of sports consumption.On the basis of summarizing the previous research results,this research adopts the methods of literature review,Delphi method method,mathematical statistics method,and analytic hierarchy process to build a scientific and reliable comprehensive evaluation index system of sports consumption quality of urban residents in China while clarifying the connotation and extension of the concept of sports consumption quality.1.The quality of sports consumption refers to the level of consumption effect(or benefit)obtained by residents after a certain amount of sports consumption,reflecting the adequacy of society’s provision of national sports consumption life and the satisfaction of national sports consumption needs.It is a qualitative regulation generated by the combination of sports consumption subject,sports consumption object,and sports consumption environment in the process of sports consumption.2.The evaluation of sports consumption quality essentially measures the quality of sports consumption subjects,sports consumption objects,and sports consumption environment.It has the characteristics of diversity of evaluation purposes,dynamism of evaluation indicators,relativity of indicator weights,and comparability of evaluation results.The evaluation approach mainly includes two aspects: the comparison of sports consumption quality between evaluation objects and the comparison of sports consumption quality of various elements within evaluation objects.The framework for improving the quality of sports consumption needs to achieve coordinated development of "one goal","two main lines","three aspects",and "multiple improvement models".The comprehensive evaluation index system for the quality of sports consumption among urban residents in China consists of 3 first level indicators,9 second level indicators,and 36 third level indicators.The first level indicators include the quality of sports consumption subjects,sports consumption objects,and sports consumption environment.The secondary indicators include 9 indicators: residents’ sports literacy,residents’ sports consumption ability,sports consumption level,sports consumption structure,sports industry development,sports atmosphere,sports facilities,urban development level,and natural ecological environment.The third level indicators include 36 indicators,including college education or above per 100000 people,internet penetration rate,per capita disposable income,per capita daily working hours,residents’ health literacy level,residents’ physical fitness compliance rate,and per capita total expenditure on sports consumption.Finally,based on the research results and the actual situation of urban economic and social development in China,relevant suggestions are proposed for the use of this indicator system:(1)Give full play to policy advantages: The application of this evaluation indicator system requires policy support and guidance,and relevant policies should be formulated that are consistent with the characteristics and needs of local economic and social development,In line with the current development trend of the domestic and international sports industry,while also considering the actual situation of local economy and people’s livelihood;(2)Optimizing evaluation awareness: On the one hand,the optimization of evaluation awareness requires evaluators to change their evaluation concepts,and on the other hand,it requires strengthening the promotion and guidance of consumers;(3)Further improving the indicator system: To further improve the indicator system,on the one hand,it is necessary to continuously test the integrity and scientificity of the indicator system in empirical research,and on the other hand,modify and update the indicator system according to the actual situation to adapt to the constantly evolving external environment;(4)Develop a reasonable evaluation plan:Pay attention to the coordination between the evaluation plan and the comprehensive evaluation index system,develop supporting evaluation plans for different evaluation objects and content,correctly understand and deepen the purpose and value of sports consumption quality evaluation,and identify the evaluation positioning;(5)Applying scientific evaluation methods: In order to ensure the scientificity and reliability of the evaluation results,scientific statistical methods should be used in the evaluation process,and supporting statistical evaluation models should be constructed to comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the quality of sports consumption of urban residents in China. |
