Focusing on the development of sports consumption, the thesis make a systemic research on the sport consumption of the eleven cities' resident in our province at the reason of the general economy level in our country, summarize each factor that influence the city resident's sport consumption, analysis the course that the resident form idea of the sport consumption and implement the behavior, find out the necessary association between them, analysis' the factor that influence the city resident doing sport consumption in our province. And the thesis makes a through study on the theory and policy on the purpose of constructing the theory frame that promote the idea and behavior of sport consumption coming into being. At last the thesis offer the strongly theory foundation that accelerate the sport market's development in Hebei province.The integrated use paper documentation law, investigation law, for several statistical law, logic analysis, and other scientific methods in the analysis of the province's urban sports consumer attitudes and behaviour on the basis of the status quo in consumer spending attitudes to the implementation of a sports sports consumer behaviour occurring mechanisms for the process of entry, against consumers in the implementation of sports consumer behaviour and the resulting need, motivation, behaviour three research process, focusing on the consumer psychological trend to consumer dynamics, with a view to exploring the concept formation and behaviour patterns formed to help residents establish a reasonable sports consumerism, and the correct guidance of sports consumer behaviour, and through expert systems questionnaire, promoting consumption of urban residents to conduct a sports approach. Its purpose is : to promote the concept of reasonable change consumer behaviour sports implementation of the province's sports consumption levels.The thesis research conclusion: Research papers conclusions : the province's sports overall consumption levels are relatively low, the existence of regional imbalances, but there is huge potential for growth; Most residents of the province's sports consumer attitudes more positive; Regional imbalances caused by consumer awareness of the causes and people's consumption, there is a direct relationship between economic development; The province's urban, residents have the basic sense of participation in sports, but not fully implemented in practice to; Sports consumer attitudes to promote the province's urban acts formation of the theoretical approaches into consumer subjective factors and objective factors.
